NEVER, I repeat NEVER, do this.

I regret putting the ASM, TCS all the way to zero, and drive around laguna seca with a stock Mercedes-Benz CL600. Quite funny but hard. What lessons have you learned in GT3. Please Share them.:D

I've learned to never try to force a cpu to pit in 2nd place at seatle on the 2nd to last lap, I try to force the computer into the pit, he brakes and I go flying in, with green tires... I lost because I couldnt catch back up.

don't try and ram the AI into the sand, half the times you end up there yourself, don't goof off on the last 3 laps of a race unless you're at least half a lap ahead...

I had to learn both of these several times :banghead:

oh, and do NOT show off for the crowd, they don't appreciate it, or even wave  :(

Um...don't spin when you're only one or two seconds ahead of the pack?

If I want to do that, I just wait until they start braking and slam into the back of them... they go flying into the pits or straight into the wall, where they usually get stuck unless someone hits them.

I've learned, as Dodge the Viper pointed out, not to spin in front of the pack. I did that at Rome II in the Elise Cup and they all ran into me, finished 3rd after about 6 laps trying to make up 14 seconds.

thats funny my scud does juz fine on pavement... juz turn the asm tcs on their defaults put front downforce all the way... put back on less than half does juz fine

dont know why u'd wanna tho, it's fuggly! :p

I've learned that the Supra RZ eats tyres even with a decent setup and with only 400bhp.

Damn that supra, although how could I get mad at it.

The 300Zx is even worse, well in the game it is.

But IRL i'd rather a 300ZX mainly because, I like the styling.

And don't get me started on Vings, err I mean Fiats.

hey fiats roxorz!!
220hp to the front wheels = fun :D
and so much torque!!

maserati styling to go with it.
whats not to like! :)

That's one nice fiat, I do like the coupe.

But give me another example of a good 'modern' fiat.

The fact that it's....220HP to...THE FRONT WHEELS......Well I supposed I can't argue...My civic's roughly in that catagory, except for the fact that...IT'S A HONDA!! WOOOO

I like Hondas, but the Fiat is Stock wheras your Civic is probably tuned. Mind you the Current Gen Civic R is quite a good deal, it's only around £15,000 (pounds) for a car with 200bhp.

Although the Fiat has a funky 5cyl turbo engine (is it 5cyl?, I can't remember i'm tired and caffinated) which is pretty torquey.

I've learned, that if something passes you ont he test course, when your in a F1, you either need to draft it..

Or...
SPIN IT OUT!

LOL Screw that...That car is a Piece of crap..don't get me started on the new civic's......Second..I got 220HP N/A yeah it's tuned, and it's probably lighter than the Fiat..

Hold on are you reffering to TQ and TW as Torque?

I'm tired so sorry if im saying something stupid.

and TW + FWD = not a good thing...FWD should be more dependant on top end as apposed to TQ

the turbo in the fiat is electronically controlled to add less boost in 1st and 2nd gear and more in the rest. that way it controls wheel spin at low speeds and gains boost for higher speeds :)

just the way a FWD should be :)

So that means if you were to test out it's specs..It's Torque #'s wouldn't apply for first or second...Because if it has a smaller Turbo and spools quickly..it would add to torque, meaning in 1st and 2nd gear it's TQ isn't that great

Why would you want a limited Turbo?

my question exactly RWD = the way to go, can have lotsa fun with a Real - err rear - Wheel Drive

ving, i think you're the only person besides me and my brothers i've ever heard use the term "fugly"

I also learnt later that it's just a game, and I shouldn't yell at the TV Screen either...:O

i think that was answered in my post...

they limit the boost so that traction is not as easily lost when starting from a stop... full boost is added at 3rd gear.

that doesnt mean there is no boost at 1st and 2nd...

it makes good sense to me!!!

fugly is fairly common, like me ;)
