Aww man, I had some free time because no TV network broadcasted the winter olympics in my country, but now that I found that a company grabbed the exclusive rights for most of latin america and its doing its broadcast via internet, im hooked! I'm such a sucker for Olympic events, but this came at the sunsetting of GT6 online services... FFFF:censored:!!!!
Back on the GT side of things, some quick results, laps are on the mid/low 1:26 range
GT-R LM NISMO 600pp (stock with power downdrade)
GTR-LM_REDBULL_600pp01.jpg

Very nice car with LOTS of grip. The fastest FF car I ever drove, the other one was the Xsara Rally. Unfortunately, there is not much room to tweaking, for example the gearbox is locked :boggled:

Then I remembered of some prototypes, concepts and Vision GT cars that would be nice candidates
MAZDA FURAI 600pp stock suspension, fast tweak to the gearbox and 20% increment to downforce
FURAI_REDBULL_600pp01.jpg

Pretty good prototype/concept car, nice handling but its weak point its the default downforce which makes it kinda hard in the curves. It deserves more attention, but I'd like to test many more cars.

I had some time dedicated to the Vision GT Subaru VIZIV, shows potential but I dont know if I'm doing something wrong, pushing it too far or its torque vectoring system is playing tricks on me (or a combo of all),
It's frustrating driving a car that you feel you can drive faster but you just can't put your finger on whats wrong ARGH!

Ford 1V Race Car. Tune by me. Cockpit race. P1 Ford GT LM Race Car. P2 Nissan GT-R R35. Fast lap 1:22.819. Pass for the win on lap 3 over the Ford GT LM Race Car at Rindt corner. Winning margin 17.494.

That's an amazing achievement to me. That's the GT40 MkIV race car... $20 mil. credits but with a 4 spd manual and IMO I dont think it drives all that special to warrant the price.

But also to grab the lead on the 3rd lap is some fast times. I think I barely did it in the TS030 and its more like 5th lap because I end up napping and not 'lapping'.

@TonyJZX Thank you so very much. Yes with this Race Car I can run faster than the TS030.

Brief time off, I postponed the VIZIV to try other cars.
With the influx of credits, I now can try other cars that I overlooked.
NSX GT500 STEALTH (stock suspension, gearbox adjustment and high RPM turbo added)
NSXGT500_Stealth_REDBULL_600pp01.jpg
Without the high rpm turbo, the car felt kinda vanilla, with the turbo, oh man! The default gearbox adjusted to 270 kph keeps the engine on the high rev region most of the time, so the turbo is a perfect match. The stock suspension is good enough as long as you keep away from the track inner edges, and it doesnt overreact to the errors on that first acute curve... I hate that curve much so much, feels more like a gimmick than a technical challenge.
A fun GT500 car for us SIXAXIS/DS3 players.

Ran the Ford, stock. 488 PP. Then the TS030, stock but power limiter to 488 PP.

Way faster in the Toyota, way. :D
List of other Race Cars that I have used to beat the TS030. Ferrari 330 P4. AMG Mercedes CLK. Raybrig HSV-010. McLaren F1 GT. All of these wins are posted “on videos” on the internet. There were a few more but I was not filming them at the time. I just found out on YouTube.Ford Mark 1V V.S. Toyota TS030 for the win at Grand Valley Speedway. I will keep adding to the list as I find them:cheers:.

1'20" is burning down the house.

I think 1'25" etc. seems to be needed to win... not as consistent as you guys but the occasional 23/24 and maybe ONE slacker lap in to the 26/27s should be fine.

I personally dont mind the A1 Ring/Österreichring.

I know some people hate it but it feels like a beginner track with its pretty elementary layout. A few corners the AI seems desperately slow even at this 'expert' level that makes overtaking easy.

Another batch of GT500 class cars!
I wanted to try a Lexus, I gave the IS F (the one tuned by PD)a try, but it lacks downforce, but I guess on capable hands its 7 gear box will be appreciated. I tried next with other car
LEXUS SC430 GT500 (Stock suspension, High RPM Turbo) 600pp
LEXUS_SC430_GT500_REDBULL_600pp01.jpg
For a Lexus it felt nice, but as with many other cars of the brand, it has so much understeering that I thought it was a 4WD, until I took a peak to the specs.

I remembered @skeagracing naming this car as a TS030 rival, so I wanted to try it, and because I had a sour story with the HSV 010 Base model.
HONDA RAYBRIG HSV-010 (Stock suspension, High RPM Turbo) 600pp
HONDA_RAYBRIG_HSV010_REDBULL_600pp01.jpg

Holy 🤬!!
This car has a nice combo going on! Superb handling, I didnt had to fight against it, it just responded to every whim. Highly recommended car to controller drivers!

So this got me interested in the Raybrig NSX
HONDA RAYBRIG NSX (Stock suspension, High RPM Turbo) 600pp
HONDA_RAYBRIG_NSX_REDBULL_600pp01.jpg
It felt nice, but it has the same problems as the base model, It tends to get wild if you dont pay anough attention as its very reactive to the surfaces, so the seconds lost was because I had to tame it.

Hmmm, NSX, wild, ARTA, superwild, lets try the ARTA NSX!
HONDA ARTA NSX (Stock suspension, High RPM Turbo) 600pp
HONDA_ARTA_NSX_REDBULL_600pp01.jpg

True to the ARTA, it felt wild, but at the same time in control. I know, its weird. Much grip, a little oversteery, but just enough to make it fun.

Ok, I named the GT by CITROEN Race car a very good car a while ago.
GT by CITROEN Race Car (Stock detuned) 600pp
GT_by_CITROEN_RaceCar_REDBULL_600pp01.jpg
It remains a nice car, more than enough accelleration and downforce to play with. Very reactive to surfaces, so you need to watch out where you tread with it.

I won this one with the base model HSV against the Zonda LM race car.. Not sure whose tune but most likely @shaunm80 or @Jeje6410. Haven't seen the TS030, in fact every race I have been in on this track have been like GT500 cars. Won with others, but didn't take pictures. The good news is my hand has healed enough to run 2 different races per day. After that I begin to get pain so I stop. So that all three with gold. I had to give up on the TT's will silvers which is fine with me.

That HSV just feels like cheating, it handles so well! I used the Anniversary Edition version, tweaked the setup to my liking but no power mods. I think I may have changed the oil (been a long time since I used it and I haven't driven it much); it was running at exactly 600PP. Ended up with the '95 McLaren GTR racer and Zonda LM as the rabbits. Despite one very grassy moment it was a fairly routine win.

new in gt6 just 2 monts with a 2 hand ps3 and trying to pic money for new cars. So i run 10 to 12 times a daythis race and at first with no luck till i get the ts030, amazing car and everything comes easier and still have room for errors and finish first .Dont remeber how i try the 2 j once and thars it... i love it cause is smoother and run with it since.I never get to 1.19plus and i stop twice in 1.20.11 and 1.20.71 with best time 7.2.259 once for the 5 laps.
Am sure that the amazing guys above can break the 1.20 barier since they run so consisted with slower cars just for fun. Sorry for my english and hope to see the 1.19 to take away the curse.

Welcome to GTPlanet the best granTurismo site on the internet. :cheers:Those are some awesome times for just having 2 months experience. Don't be afraid to ask questions as there are plenty of people who will help.

Edit: Almost forgot that after 5 days in a row of logging in you get a 200% bonus for every race. That doubles the credits you win. Find a race that is paying close to 1 million credist and you will plenty of credits to but and tune your cars. Bt the way your English is quite fine. Right now the best paying are the Seasonals. You get over 1.6 million credits for the Intermediate Race and 1.2 million for the expert race. If you can drift there is even more opportunities. I would suggest you look at the section on My Home, that is where you can find not the credits but various cars that you will need to run races.

@smoothbore12 Thank you for the complement:tup::P.

Respect...You did it both. Which one was faster? 2j or 030 ?I think The 2j is faster on strait line but 030 has more speed in turns cause its downforce. I don't know if there is a quicker car here from those two.
