A suggestion.

I was wondering if we could use the BOLD , ITALIC , UNDERLINE , and COLOR tags in our title.
I thought it would neat to have those in the custom title thing.

We are allowed to have colored text in our posts. So why not titles?

Changes in typeface, color, etc. in names and titles are reserved for official use, to demonstrate particular groups like Owner, Moderator, etc. as decided by Jordan. So I doubt they will become available for general use, though I am saying this without consulting him first.

Duke is correct, title formatting is not allowed so it may be used if needed for official use in the future.
