My 15 day old PS4 is making a noise in the cd drive plus it will not let me insert a disc, is my PS4 dead or can it be resolved by other means

Anyone know what's going on

1-800-345-SONY I had an HDMI problem and they sent me a new one within a week. I really think you should call, they are very helpful and know when a console is beyond repair. Good Luck!!
