It's an animated GIF. You'll need an application that can make them, like Fireworks, ImageReady or GIMP.

Post up the pictures and someone will help you out.

Ok this is a little late because I was looking around to see if I could find a
program to make a animated avatar my self but had no luck so here are
pictures I want in the avatar.

What I would like is the avatar to move from picture 1 to picture 4 with about
1 to 2 sec's between each picture. The file has to be smaller than 25KB's.

So now that I have the right programs (GIMP, Photoshop CS, Picture It! 10, Paint.NET, a GIF animator, and Corel Paint Shop Pro X), I can take all Avatar requests except for animated ones. My current avatar is my first 3 layer png.

I would them in order, 1 though 4, and if you can make it as big as you can
(25KB max) because unlike the last one I don't think any one else will be using it.

I just used Photoshop, saved it and halfed the amount of colours it was using.
