I don't want to do this, it would ruin the game, but a mate claims to have all cars with a cheat, is this even possible?

It probably is possible now that the PS3 has been hacked.

But don't do it, it'll ruin your experience.

Why bother doing it? You can drive any car you want at any level anyways by trading I believe.
