I tried with a RM Corvette Z06 (modded) but Bob is so stupid that he slows down to about 130 mph before the corners.
He reaches max 210 mph on the straight and cant catch up the other.

talking about Daytona where he's being an idiot, i had 2 bobs do that. Bob#1 seems to have a half a brain and didn't slow down as much, put him in a RM ZR1. I wouldn't think there would be that big a difference between the two.

I tried but the stupid Bob brakes soo early and so much that he loses the 1st spot and cant win it back.

I need a very fast accelerating car.

Can someone please answer this question? Lol
I need an answer! My guy sucks! I'm trying to save up for the FGT, n keep spending on cars that are no good!
Any help here would be greatly appreciated! Plleeaassseee =D
William!

I've got the same problem. Can't seem to win with any of the cars I have, even though they are all equipped with racing soft tires and have 200+hp above the competition. Any suggestions?

Bottom out the car, go full downforce, adjust the gears, disable the breaks...then bob cant slow down. And keep him in the red.

ZR1 RM was piece of cake

The ZR1 RM will win this race with ease but you need to keep an eye on Bob. Get him to the front and then keep his meter above center and he should walk away with it. If you let him fall to blue the Ford GTs will be all over him most of the time.

Also always make sure you have the best tires allowed.

Thanks. I did this and it worked flawlessly.

Just one question...It seems that putting the downforce to full really makes a difference. Should I do this to all my cars with wings? What is the disadvantage to doing this?

Maaaaaaaaaaaan, I can't believe this! After countless battles under FULL management and best result being 4th on the squared oval Bob has just pulled half a lap out of the competition, as I type I'm only on lap 5!!!

Downforce is the trick, as mentioned below, plus a brake setup 1-0 seems to work brilliantly.

(Oh yeah, I am speaking of a RM and fully tuned ZR1)

To the question below: max downforce increases your drag and, especially on ovals, helps the competition by offering more slip stream. But (seeing Bob pushing to 3/4 lap lead now in lap 8) it seems the sheer power of the corvette compensates. And by now the others dont get any slip anymore anyways :)

Edit: K, bob lost a bit of his lead towards the end as the competition teamed up to some streaming packs, but I lapped 4 cars. How cool! Lesson learnt anyways: I won't be too lazy to look into setting the cars up again! And thanks here to all that have helped me find the right cars and ways!

Maybe it helps someone as a reference: Bobs best lap was 48.853

On A-Spec I tuned my NASCAR to max downforce on both sides and stuck on some Racing Softs. Completely destroyed Indy and did a good job round Laguna as well.

I'm surprised no one has tried the Cadillac CEIN
Both Bob and I smoked the field.
And I do just the opposite for ovals.
I take as much downforce off as possible.
This increases the top speed.
You do have to downshift and brake a bit more to prevent from hitting the wall.
