Ok thanks, I probably would have left if I wasn't allowed to use either speed 8 or audi. The regulations aren't really fair for LMP, the Speed 8 is too fast, the Audi 05 can just keep up, and every other LMP is useless.

I'm sorry, but you're mistaken. I confirmed I would take the R8 on post #245 (page 13) on March 30th. I even used it on the pre-season race.

The 908 is very fast and has great handling, it's pretty easy to drive. The Pescarolo's have more HP and the Judd GV5 one is overpowered with 580hp. The GTONE is really fast as well, and on tracks with longer straights, it's probably the fastest in top speed.

Can someone answers question on the last page?
 
The RUF runs 1300kg and around 500hp like the other GT's, but with ballast moved to the front it becomes more stable.

Doesn't mean much if their fast, whats really important is how well they corner, and the Pescorolos, GTONE, 908 are very poor at cornering. Also for some reason, I get really poor lap times with that BMW v12. The only two LMPs that are worth it are the Audi and Bentley (which is why they are 'taken') I know this because I tested these cars in my short time with Bermudakid's races.

Anyway, I'm guessing that I won't be racing with you guys than =\ Unless some regulations are changed or I am allowed to race in Audi or Bentley

Also the reason I won't to GT1 is because....road cars :S
I'd love to do it if it was the GT1 cars like Panoz and Viper Team Oreca. But I can't do road cars I haven't raced in road cars in so god knows when. =\

If so...

If you mean when the Season begins, it will depend on you guys. If majority of participants demand more testing, we'll last the Pre-season session for as long as we can (max is 5 though). If majority say otherwise, we can jump right into the Season session.

You can race the V12 LMR if you want. There's no one using that particular car, I'm guessing.

I would throw in the GT1 class, but I'm not sure how it'll work out.

And the R10 isn't really bad. Just too much torque for anyone to handle for an hour.

It doesn't have enough downforce to make the turns, or keep it on the road.

You can't, it doesn't compare to any of the Prototypes' levels of downforce. It's not fast enough.

The people in the Grand-Am series won't allow it because it doesn't have enough downforce compared to the other cars. So how do we fix it to make it equal? More brake balance? More front ballast like seth said?

More HP. Downforce doesn't make that huge of a difference on these cars.

Why don't we have any homolagation sessions like we used to?

Because those Specs WORKED.

RedPhat, we just went from 680HP LMPs last season to these, to slow then down a bit. So good thing we have preseason. Extra Ballast for the Speed 8 and R8?

I'm thinking about running the C60 Hybride Friday.
 
The Bentley can go with 10kg more. There's nothing wrong with the 908's cornering speeds. It's faster than the Bentley in places.
