That race was pretty fun.
If you do the Mazda one, you can just drift the whole time, that makes it pretty fun.

What car did you use?
 
I might do the Suzuka 1000km this week, and probably do Nurburgring 4hr a second time, in a slower car (I did it in a GT-R w/ Racing Mediums). I'm not gonna even bother with 9hr Tsukuba. I'd rather do 24hr of Le Mans than on that boring track for 9 hours.

I'm suddenly getting excited with these enduros :D Suzuka 1000km looked fun, just bought a Raybrig NSX a few days ago that's fun to drive :D
Edit: Also I think it's fun and more interesting when we do enduros at the same time so we can talk about them to keep ourselves entertained :D

I got excited with the enduros, as well. And I might just do Suzuka today. I think I'll use a GT-R in the race, w/ reduced power, as I love the GT-R :D But be noted that the race will take you +6 hours to complete. So I'll just send myself back to last & build-up from there.

Indy 500 or the 24 hours of Le Mans lol
 
Indy is too boring and 24 of lemans is 24 hrs and I'm not high enough
 
I wished 24 hours of Le Mans had more classes. Something like 6 GTs and 6 LMPs (or 9 GTs and 9 LMPs if PD is able to fit 18 drivers). Then you could choose which class to participate and start off from there. That can spice up the legendary motorsport event greatly.
 
Forget the endurance races, i've done all but the 24hr ones and the suzuka 1000km. Saving them for something to do, in the meantime practice for daytona is fun enough mixed with seasonal events. Also, if you remember PD and KAZ said he wanted FIA GT cars and tracks but had to cut it because of time constraints. There was also stories that he modelled Spa and other tracks were talking about. Sony wanted the game out so this is what we got.

For some reason there are all LMPs and 2 GT cars, which are the Oreca Vipers that are in the back :/
 
Started Suzuka 1000km & hasn't rained yet, but there is one developing. You guys think I should keep going or stop (I'm on my 5th lap)?

I left a single Bob out in B spec on Le Mans 24 hours, in a standard 787B, and he won by 20 odd laps! I only maxed out the down force and gears, and the R10 came second. It seemed the AI bobs in LMPs, the GTRs were pitting every lap once they got tired. The AI is stupid some times.

I always sort of wondered about that lol, I'm saving the big enduros for when I get a wheel preferably a DFGT and the 24 hour races too lol
 
Wow! You can race karts against street cars in the Compact Car Seasonal :D all you have to do is add weight to lower pp but it still works and it's good :D
 
What are you guys going on about lol.

I missed like 10 pages about...seasonals and enduros? :p

No idea, but with 680hp in the viper you can run a 3:3X which is fast enough

Sure did! Something like 650hp and pulled thru thanks to the fact it rained for so long. The AI is just bloody useless in the rain....

I've also done the Nurb 24Hr with the McLaren F1 '94 (600hp/970kg), that was hectic :scared:

For the 1st question: It's 680 HP, constant on all LMPs (see 2nd post). And the 2nd question: I didn't take any hot-laps on Daytona, yet.

It's easy for the Nurb race, leaving the suspension stock on the McLaren it handles the bumps better than the prototypes. With Le Mans it was pretty much tyre management and just keeping up with the leaders (until it rained), tough thing to do for 24 hours solo....
 
I'm doin the 4hrs in a mines skyline with racing soft tires sometime this week

Sports. Hards. Or Mediums/Softs, if the car can't handle the small amount of grip.
 
I'm a 24 hours freak, so far I've watched all 24 hours of the Le Mans, Nurb and Spa races....I've got a huge love for endurance racing so actually doing those races was a challenge I wanted to beat. Just wish there were more tracks with more endurance events in GT5...
