yeah i knew it would come down to pit strategy, so i forced myself to stay out at least until the halfway point. only i forgot because of the LMP class that we werent going to run the full 44 laps, so i should have pitted at the end of lap 20 instead of 23 because i think the race ended for us on lap 39.

Weird how quickly the tires go at certain intervals. It's like they are good until a certain lap where suddenly they're gripless. If I had pitted one lap earlier I could have saved myself a lot of frustrating time-loss.

Hmmm yes that is original. Maybe someone original came up with a way to replicate the tequila patron color scheme from ALMS 458s. Hmmm I wonder who that could have been. 💡

anyone in the GT class been practicing suzuka yet? just wanting to compare lap times, my best so far is a 2'01.6 which is around what i was expecting but the consistency isnt there yet.
 
Streetking the tune didn't work? I was doing 1:45's with the Jag! I guess you just need some practice with it. I tuned it for a bit of understeer, but it's still plenty fast with all that HP. Shame I couldn't stay and race, the Bentley was feeling good.

thanks, i just find it to be so stable and easy to tune for my driving. when prologue came out thats all i did was use the tuned z06 @ suzuka, although i was using a controller then. its definitely a course/car combination im used to
 
I'll have a practice room up around 6:30-7:00 if there isn't one already, so this is my first time practicing on Suzuka.

Yea man thanks for the help. And the tune did keep up with them but with the combination of spinning out and letting lmps pass by kind of ruined my race
 
You'll get better, Suzuka will be tough though. Just practice as much as you can, the track is tricky.

Well since I sent my ps3 to Endless Electronics I might miss 2 races. Hopefully no more than 2 races.:dunce::sly::drool:
 
Damn, that sucks man. I remember when my video store used to rent out systems. To bad there arent places like that anymore.

Reminds me of a time I had with my step daughter. We cancelled our Netflix when they decided to raise the prices. So, she came over about a month ago and it was movie night for the family. I asked her if she wanted to go to the Redbox with me to pick out a movie. She said...we have to pick it up? Kids these days.
