Morten, you crafty monkey, why would you give anyone "right of way" for going the long way around the corner?

Let me put it this way: if you don't cut T4, you're going to be passed, and spun.
 
What I was saying is, unless the cutter is clearly ahead the normal road will have the right of way, simply because they're on the inside and you can imagine the amount of chaos. I won't penalize just for staying on the outside but if it comes to accident it will be judged from that :)
 
I can't really imagine anyone not cutting it though? Unless they know the person behind them is faster then obviously let them by. For example, Flaky and/or Mel randomly get hit by a bus on the last corner and they are struggling to get going as the rest of the field passes them. You see them behind you on T4, you take the long way and let them by.
 
I know I for one have more confidence in the normal road, whenever I try the cut I do it so badly I end up screwing it up more than if I use the normal :)

To be 100% correct it's BST but as we're both on the northern hemisphere and both during daylight savings it doesn't make that big a difference :) countdown timer in the OP 👍

Well as I said I did a 1:18 as my best on SS.. Hasn't done these times since :grumpy:
 
Well good news!.... Kinda. I'm sick so I am staying home from school and if I'm feeling well enough I might race. Most likely will. Don't expect anything good from me though. This race I will only focus on clean driving and trying to actually finish as long as I don't have any technical difficulties with my wheel like last time. Hopefully my connection will hold up well, thunderstorms aimed at us tommorow :scared:

It's April. We get thunderstorms everyday! Get used to it. The power/hydro companies have gotten used to it already.

Also, Akmuq, you realize that you're essentially admitting to having lost your virginity to me, then? :o
 
Getting back on track, less than 10 hours to go! :D

Also found out the Clio in my OCD is a 0/0/0 version of my race car.. Well, it's a reserve isn't it :sly:
 
I give, I'll stay on-topic for once.

I'm conditioning myself for karting season, now. I'm going to try out some new techniques, and try to do better at the things I can do "okay" at.

After all, I can only get faster. ;)

Does everyone know the drill? Their weight? What to focus on when lining up for Race 3?

2 hours left and I got 1:19 on Deep forest with a stable tune than the one I usually do. Still need a better gear tune :(

P.S. All with RH :grumpy:
 
Well, the ideal strategy would then be to go on RH when most are on SS.. Not like it never is :lol:

2 hours and a little more to go. Check your weight people :)
