To centering(calibrate) the wheel :Turn the wheel to the center then press Main button + D-pad left + start button, then release.

Mine works 900 degrees (2 turns and a half) on Prologue, but still can't get 900 degrees on pc.I tryed everything but no full rotation, maybe the driver......

what is FC?

btw add the drivers to your homepages was a bit hard to find. Also as with the 911 turbo drivers they just don´t want to install despite me uninstalling the old drivers before? They just revert back the installation?
Also my throttle and brake movement isn´t smooth at all is that solved by changing the lubricant? Clutch is smooth enough though.

they couldn´t deliver it so I had to get it myself... They had already signed that I had got it when I got there? I am far from impressed by how UPS handled this but at least they delivered the wheels and pedals without a scratch :)

I find those drivers but they won´t install. Had similar problems before then I would have to play with installing the wheel first and what not to get it to work right. But that was with older drivers. Thankfully the 64-bit drivers for vista 64-bit worked must be the first time something works better in vista then XP :). Nice to see no deadzones. Well I have a slight on the brake but for me that is not necessarily a minus as long as it´s not severr. If I can just get a bit more resistance on the brake and more smoothness they are pretty much what I expected. They are rock solid on my metal floor the rubber pads really stick to it and the angle is just right for my cockpit :)

Some of my pics..
I used the tape that came with PlaySeats evo chair to mount the shifter, as well some zip tie. It works well.

Ok I try to use the buttons to calibrated the wheel while GT5P. Nothing on LCD show, but it seems it worked because now its centered when I drive, no more 2 degree off. Also seems NOW the full 900 Degree rotation works.
So so far so good with wheel.

I believe UPS delivered the wheel, clubsport pedals, & the shifters to my Buffalo address on Friday. I have not been there yet to pick them up, however.

NoxNoctis Umbra:

Is that a rusty washer in the clubsport pedals?

Not an included part I hope.

HAHAH :O

It's one of my, I was looking in the back yard shed and that the only one I could find. I could buy new ones, but oh well!

Do you have a picture of this mounting solution? You are not speaking of the two bars that go through the shifter and mount to the wheel are you? I tried mounting the shifter to the the wheel using the two included bars but found it to be a bit too wobbly for my liking. It's wasn't too bad but it wasn't as solid as it could have been either. I'd appreciate it if you could give me more info on this mount you're speaking of

Sorry for the wait. I completely spaced it. See attachments for pictures.

I'm definitely going this route, as it allows me to change out the H-Gate and Sequential without unbolting anything. Looks likie it could be very sturdy as well, with a little modification.

;)

A relative ran away with all my tools as of late so can´t mod them as of yet. However I got a 30 % deadzone on the brake now? Anyone more had this?

Oh no, get there quick before I do

Good luck when you do Biggles and let us know how well it works with FC and F1CE 👍

Did some tests now must say I just love the feel of the wheel. So many months ago I had the old wheel. But feels like drift mode really works let you attack more while still not being soft or mushy. Can´t wait to get RBR going again :) So silent though the fan whine is really high pitched when it gets going. Read that there may be firmware updates for both that and the brake deadzone?

also is the rfactor plugin available as of yet? Trying the telemetry it asks for some plugin to install in rFactor? I remember having some before but I had to reinstall rFactor in a new directory

Ironically, I ordered the RS wheel when my G25 wasn't working properly. Now the G25 is working, but my PS3 isn't, so even when I pick up the new wheel I won't be able to try it with FC or F1CE! :ouch:

Anyone know if the RS is supposed to work with the PS2?! :indiff:

My turbo worked with the PS2. You'll probably have confirmation once someone w/ a gt3 sees this...

I still havent gotten a reply from tech support about replacement of my broken wheel... 4 days till my race... >_<

Since I can´t get XP running I tried PS 3. I got the wheel running in GT 5P and oh what the first stretch feels good until you run out of speed. The pedals aren´t responding. I attached the PS/2 cable so should work just like the old 911 turbo pedals?

I asked Thomas the same question (albeit about the Turbo S). He said none of their wheels support the PS2. He said, "We thought it would be enough to have a wheel that works on PS3,PC, and Xbox 360."

My turbo worked with the PS2.

If the regular Turbo works with PS2, I'll place an order. I need a new PS2 wheel (Enthusia, GT3/GT4, etc...)

Anyone else been able to use their wheel with the PS2?

;)

Did you turn the knob on the ClubSport pedals while you depress on the pedal? It may work.

We will release a new firmware update soon to extend the range of sensitivity of the brake and reduce the deadzone

The RS will not work with PS2. The PWTS will probably work but it is not officially supported.

Eagerly waiting on my GT3RS to ship, I just want to drive my Sims again :)

Quick question, does Fanatec plan on producing more 911 Turbo S Pure edition wheels when the 10,000 units sell out? I wouldn't mind picking one up in the future to play Forza 3 if the price is right.

i did the video about tuning the clubsport pedals like changing the lubricant to a bike's chain lube, adjusting the brake pedals for better travel, dialing in the brakes potentiometer.... but still the brake is not sensitive enough. i did try the whole range to improve the sensitivity but seems like it has a mind of its own where i have to apply more pressure in order to get 100% braking. a tap would hardly affect its braking possibly less than 10%. putting added pressure will result to almost 50% braking and adding more sometimes won't even yield to 100% braking. though quick forceful taps would yield 100% braking.

there were times, even i'm not stepping on the brakes the level registers about ~5% as if i was lightly stepping on it. i'm not sure if i found the problem but by mere touch on the wires behind the brake pedal that connects to the potentiometer causes the brake to engage.

is there something wrong on my CSP? it seems like there's a contact problem since by mere touch on those wires will engage the brake even without stepping on it.... i'm afraid i'm still hounded by the similar issue with my logitech DFP where the brake pedals engages due to its potentiometer problem.

that fixes the problem not getting 100 % brake but doesn´t affect the deadzone much. Good to hear a new firmware may fix it. Is it possible to update the firmware for the fans as well? They do get a really high pitched noise that goes through anything must be some resonance :)

Also anyone found out how to get the CSP to work with PS 3/GT5P? Is it supposed to be just attach them via PS/2 and they should work?

Still struggling with the XP drivers but I am doing some progress. the 086 didn´t work but the 083 installed. Then I got better progress trying to install the 091 without uninstalling the 083 but it asks for a pwfilterusb file I don´t seem to have from the fanatec driver disc?

anyone here got one to share?

I got GT5P working now. important to enable the compability mode after you start the game but before you start a race or the pedals won´t work.

Admit not 100 % surprised either but like with the previous wheel you tend to get it working at some point lol. I now got it installed in XP after installing 0.83. try to install the 0.91 and get stuck on the pwusbfilter.sys file. Then uninstallation of that and install the 0.91 drivers and voila. I am not sure if it´s required to do the install 0.91 over 0.83 step maybe is just enough to install and uninstall the 0.83 if more got this issue.
