Hi people! I just wanted to know, if you could have any car ever but you could only choose 1 car, what would you pick????

The TWR Jaguar XJ220. There's no better ride elsewhere. I fell in love with the XJ220 roadcar off of a friends folder in 2nd grade, about 13 years ago!!!

I would take a Mclaren F1 GTR, sell it, buy a house, invest in some real estate, then i would get a new Z06 Corvette and a mineral grey '03 svt cobra mustang.

Holy thread resurrection, Batman!

Driftster - The Bugatti Royale or the 1965 Ferrari 250 GTO.

And I'd take an Aston Martin V8 Vantage (2005).

It depends if we'd be allowed to sell the car, if we were then I'd take the 1965 Ferrari 250 GTO and auction it. If not then I'd just settle for an Aston Martin DB9, you've got the speed, comfort and space that I'd need in a very nice looking package.

Like most people, I'd take a very, very expensive car and auction it off, and then get a good car with the money I'd make (and invest the rest, or buy a house, etc). I'd probably go for a Merc 250SL Gullwing just so I could say I owned one at one point.

But if I had to keep the car, I'd get a Mini Cooper S. Why? Because I can afford to run one in a few years time (I hope...), and it's an excellent car for both daily driving and for performance.

Meh old thread but whatever

A 1993 GMC Typhoon, black, lowered, sport tires, boost controller. Say hello to the Skyline of trucks.

Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster

I always think of another car to get, but everytime I'm asked what car I want....I always come back to the VT Roadster. Its that sexy a car.

Come on Famine, you don't want an Adams Probe 16?

I'd take a 1960 Chevy Biscayne with a 327 smallblock either with an Edelbrock X-1 with 6 stromberg 97s, or some crazy setup to run 4 weber DCOEs, 14" Torq-Thrusts with tri-bar knockoffs, 8 Bose speakers, Tubo-Hydramatic with a B&M megashifter, Smithy's glass packs, headers, Vintage Air, Lowered 2", with a crazy Metalflake Orange & silver scallopjob.

Picky, Picky, Picky I am.

Probably a Nismo Skyline Z tune.

Its fast in a straight line and around corners and very streetable and it has 4 seats and a reasonable boot/trunk. I know Skylines very well plus there is only 20 made.

Lister Storm V12:
4 seats, 7.0 liters, 12 cylinders, 200 MPH, 600 BHP, luggage space, good looks, racing heritage...
what more could you want?
Edit: Actually, scratch that. I want this:

'Nuff said.

Probably that Ariel Atom. Thing looked FUNNER THAN HELL to drive on topgear.

I'd take the '65 250 GTO in mint condition. Sell it off and buy:

- Ferrari F430
- Ferrari 360 Spyder
- BMW M3
- Porsche 911 Turbo (996)

And then, I'd invest rest of the money, and make even more money and buy these:

- Diablo VT
- McLaren F1

If I was could only buy ONE single car, well my favorite car is the Ferrari Testarossa & 512TR, but yea ONE single car, gotta be the McLaren F1. Or if even more exclusive, the McLaren F1 GTR. :sly:

Looks like getting the most expensive car and selling it has been covered. I'll name two cars, one doesn't exist(yet). That car doesn't exist yet, but you can have it converted if you have the money is Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Estate/Station Wagon. Normal car that I would want would be a WRX STi. :)

Ive never seen the problem with RHD vs LHD, Ive driven in Australia, USA and Canada and after a few minutes of adjusting it not a problem, you dont even notice it.

But RHD is JDM y0 :p. (Thats not personal dig at you BTW)

-> I'll have the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX GSR or MR Sport Wagon:

^ Yummy!! (:

For me it would have to be a blend of luxury, performance, luggage space, and comfortable seating for at least 4 people. ;) So my choice is a 2005 Jaguar XJR. :)

AS a keeper...1956 T-Bird, with the continental kit, and porthole top.
Paint it Pearl White, just like the one Suzanne Sommers drove in "American Graffiti."

As a "turn it around" and buy several cars that trip my trigger... Either a Ferrari 250SWB, or a Saleen S7, or something in a Maybach. (All are worth way too much money)

Then one of the "lesser cars" would be either a Ferrari 308/328, or a 246 Dino.
Then an Early 90's Porsche 911.

if there was no such thing as hypersensitive insurance rates?

a TVR tuscan in that cool-a** reflex spice paint

even an S15 silvy...take one from the Aussies, thank you very much (snd some Utes and the Falcon up here while your at it)

Mclaren F1 chassis #073
Or a Mclaren F1 lm
Or a Mclaren F1 GTR chassis #01R (the one that won LeMans)
Heck, any Mclaren F1 would do :p
