You sound so sure it's an arrow, yet nobody has addressed what I think is a very legitimate question:

I see both a smile AND an arrow...but then again, if you hit the rev limiter, why would you change down? You'd want to go up, right?

Only a 37" lcd lol, i realized you could just rev it in first later, that is how i took the picture.
