Trying disscontinuing your service.  What if I want to use AOL on my Linux Boxes there is program for Linux.  The user has to use thier program to access the internet.  If I'm going to pay 25.00 for internet access it better be DSL/Cable/Broadband.

Have DSL here. i heard that cable is ok till you get a shiznit load of people on at once then it gets slower than snail shiznit.

I have cable. It is better than anything i think. My friend has dsl and mine is faster than his for like downloading, and loading up pages.(not by much though)

t3 is the fastest you can get for ur home i think    then there is t2 and then there is t1 and then dsl and then cable then 56k then 28     i think thats how it is......

i, in my own opinion, will say that cable is better than dsl and about the same as t1, but i can't say anything about t2 or t3 cuz i never seen those

t1 is fat as $hit and t3 is jus senseless .....thats what they have at my moms work and whenever i go there i get on one of the open terminals and download songs and burn them all day each song takes like 30 seconds

T4 is available to universities.
Next is T3
After that T2 but no one has it because its the same as T3 only more expensice.
Then cable and dsl. It depends how many people are on and what provider.
Then Isdn 128k(no one has it because its like T2 slower that cable and dsl only more money)
