April update to be teased soon ?

Even if The only car in The update Is The supra we should have gotten at least The date, I wonder if the lack of News Is due god of war launch

Second left top row looks like a Cat-erham! :D

Bottom row far left must be the Bloodhound SST... Finally we have something as fast as the Tomahawk! :crazy:

More seriously, last day of April is Monday 30th so update could be any time up to then. Even if there is a tweet it might not be till next weekend. Sun is out - plenty of other things to do while you wait... :)
 
The suggestion was that the supra will be coming in an April update so reckon we will get one. Without a teaser at the moment though it’s either not coming next week or my guess, given they have met the 50 cars by March that we will get the Supra only (which technically we already have ie the FT1) and that’s it, with game tweaks and hopefully penalty tweaks and if we are really lucky a track.

My personal hope though is they’ve done a few cars in the past updates so now concentrating more on tracks!

That would be kind of strange if they'd only release the Supra, because of the way they'd teased the update on Twitter

Not seen that before but it has got a picture of a Supra!

They did only promise monthly updates 'till March
They said more tracks and cars will be coming, but I haven't read anywhere there will be a major update this month (exluding the Supra, which from the way things are going I don't think is going to include any more cars/tracks)

Thank God someone finally understood that GTS is only run by humans who get tired as well :)

I don’t think PD is taking any sort of break just because they hit their March deadline. If anything I more get the feeling they’re working double time right now, hence the relative silence.

I think they’re prepping for the start of the FIA season. We haven’t heard much of anything regarding it so I feel something is being worked on to get it ready, be it content or tweaks to the penalty/rating system. Whatever they’re doing, I don’t think now is the time they’d decide to take a break.

I’m 100% expecting we’ll see some sort of update before months end.

They are mostly concentrating on FIA now I think and expect to hear something FIA related probably this week. They've missed the target of starting the Championship in April but we haven't got too long to wait ;)

We haven't in Europe at least even had the usual news update about Test Season 23 results, they are reviewing top 24 races more closely now as us guys are basically the ones that will be showcasing the game. As long as the top 24 races are fine they can not worry too much about the quality of racing at SR A and lower because people won't be watching them :lol:

Plus, they've already confirmed an April update in the GR Supra PR. I think they're keeping it secret for a reason. Whatever it is, we'll find out next week.

You wrote "They did only promise monthly updates 'till March" and that's simply the bit I was clarifying on, since in the same blog post they state there would more updates beyond March (regardless of monthly cadence, they never promised that even if It happened anyway and I think It will continue in the future). That's all and sorry for the misunderstanding.
 
Call me crazy buuuuut...what if the Supra is already there in the game and PD simply haven't unlocked it yet? Would it really take another April Update to get the Supra when they could simply just sneak it in the last update and then unlock it on a specific date?
