Current "best guess" in industry is worldwide, mid-December (around the 12th). But I've had mine preordered since March from Play.com...

I preordered mine, and according to Sony and Polyphony Digital. Est of arrival is Mid January to Mid February, sorry fellas but it wont be here for Xmas.
