Could you do a tune for the TVR Griffith at 550pp? It seems like it would be really competitive with its awesome 1.90 power to weight ratio.

I'll take a look. It may take me a few days. I can feel another burnout coming on, so I'm going take a break from GT for a few days and see if I can regroup.

There is more than a whiff of mk1 Escort about this car, and I don't think that's accidental. Since PDI didn't see fit to put that (historically significant and very beautiful) car in this game; just close your eyes and pretend that this is a mk1 Mexico with a built motor.

Not a double post-I bought two of the same car. This one has the High RPM Turbo installed, which required quite a few changes from the NA setup.

Power delivery from the turbo inline-6 is terrific, and pulls all the way to redline. Drifts like a demon.

One of the many awesome cars into which the venerable Rover V8 was fitted. This car was very hard to tune - I ran into several red herrings. Still not perfect, but reasonable to drive.

Nissan SKYLINE Sport Coupe (BLRA-3) '62

The oldest Skylines you can buy in GT6 weren't actually made by Nissan, but rather Prince Motor Company, who were absorbed by Nissan in 1966. This particular coupe features stunning coachwork by Michelotti; whose greatest hits include cars like the BMW 2002, Triumph TR4, and Alpine A110 . Low and long, the lines of this car were clearly influenced by contemporary American designs; but some details, like the headlights and classic JDM mirrors, give this car a uniquely Japanese character. It is very nice to drive and faster than you think!

Only a few hundred were ever produced.

Nissan SKYLINE 1500Deluxe (S50D-1) '63

Prince abandoned the wild looks of the sports coupe and adopted a more conservative approach when styling the new S50 Skyline sedan. Powered by an old 1.5L Inline-4, this car was and is not fast. I have setup the suspension a little softer on purpose to give it some "old skool" handling fIavor.

I find the styling ot this car to be quite handsome and understated.

Nissan SKYLINE 2000GT-B (S54B) '67

For the Skyline, this is where the story gets really interesting. After acquiring Prince in 1966, Nissan wished to cultivate the sporting image of their new acquisition by taking it racing. In order to make the car competitive, Nissan fitted the Inline-6 from the larger Gloria sedan. If this car looks oddly elongated-that's because it is; almost 8 inches were added to the front of the car to accomodate the longer motor. This car is very reminiscent of a 60's Ford Falcon or IKA-Renault Torino. I felt it was wrong not to let everyone experience the raw and unfiltered magic of this motor; so there is an NA setup as well as a Turbo setup.

That sound! (Skip to 10:23 for the good stuff.)

Nissan BLUEBIRD Hardtop 1800SSS (910) '79

The last of the fast, pretty bluebirds; this one is so good looking it hurts. Even in nasty, pixilated standard car form, that SSS badge on the grille is so cool. Sugoi!

Better than Chevy's suspicious "SS" badge.

Can you make a une for the Stagea sister car STAGEA 25t RS FOUR S?

Thanks

Sure! It may take me a little bit to get around to it. As soon as I can peel myself away from Dragon Age: Inquisition, I'll take a look.
Thanks. No one has made tunes for these and I think the two Stageas can be a nice one two punch at 500 and 550 pp

I changed the exhaust to semi-racing, only because I liked the sound better, and used the power meter just to bring it to 500pp, to use in the Intermediate Level Non-Race Car Challenge seasonal. Not that this is a hard race or anything, I just like to get use out of every car I own. I just can't grind cash in the same race over and over and over, I really don't care if the prize money isn't trough the roof or not, I just like to have fun and get a little cash.
The BMW tune is fun, and I have to say that passing brand new Ferarri's and such in a 1957 'anything' is just funny as hell ^^
Loved the tune. You gave me 5 minutes of smiles in this race. And also got me a trophy I wasn't aware I didn't have already lol.
Good Job bro ^^

Lol. That's one of my favorite trophies.
I don't know if you have it, but "fanatical collector," is pretty funny too.

Glad you liked the tune!

Oh yeah, lol. I collect colors, so I will at times decide to go get like 25 cars in a row just to have 40 different 'whites'. Actually, its probably closer to 35-40 for whites right now.
I use the car search function, and set the price from like 0$-25k, and buy like 40 colors in a row for under 500,000$, then go race once to make the cash back, ect ect.
Anyway, thats why I have so many cars untuned. I love tuning, but with so many cars, I HAVE to try other peoples tunes regularly. Its good for my tuning as well, because I get to learn what other people did to get around issues, as well as get to learn whose opinions to listen to, lol.
Great job on a fun tune, once again man ^^

Jay Leno's 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado

My previous attempt to tune this car was an unmitigated disaster. It is better now, but there there is no escape (NO ESCAPE!) from 1,051 ft-lb. Tread carefully, but don't even think about short shifting-you will die.

Very nice, thanks

Hi feydrautha, thanks for tuning so many cars that most people don't even bother to look at. I was wondering, how would you reccommend detuning these cars to use for PP racing? Is removing modifcations, adding weight or using the power limiter the best way to detune a car? Thanks!

I'm glad you enjoyed some of my work!

Try to get within 1 or 2 PP of your target by removing or replacing modifications, then do the rest with the limiter. Removing modifications will often lower redline, which will screw with your transmission spacing. Pay attention to the max RPM number in the transmission chart when you remove modifications - you may have to reset the spacing between gears afterwards. Adding weight is drastic and requires that you fundamentally change the setup to accommodate it; I wouldn't recommend it.
