0:19sec look at the reflection. Tell me if that would look like that at less than 60fps. Its just the outside stuff that looks slower dont know why, will look into it and be more carefull next time. But the videos are the same resolution and fps.

I have been saying it for months now. AC looks better than Pcars when everything is in motion. Pcars looks great when taking photos, but once things get in motion the look goes down hill fast.
