Because the wheel is compatible and advertised to work with PS4, and nowhere in the advertising does it say they wouldn’t?

They won’t work with any game on Xbox One either and only iRacing on PC has good support for rotary switches. See my post in the other thread, you can use emulation software to be able to map them but because the button is held you can’t map them to anything useful.

You need to direct your ire towards Sony for not supporting such inputs.
