Avatar help

can someone please help me with this avatar, it is too big and I don't know how to get it smaller

Do you have anything that will edit graphic images? Even Paint or whatever the default Windows tool is?

Open it and save it as a .jpg file instead of a .bmp. Bitmaps are unreasonably huge.

Your avatar has to be 100x100 pixels or smaller and cannot be larger than 32kb. Those original images are 130px wide.

if you have photoshop you can edit the image size by pixels , im not aware of image editing programs doing this for you, if you dont have anything just post them here and we can shrink them for u

I don't know whether you want it to animate slower or just hold on the first and last frames longer.

Here I adjusted it so it stays on the first and last frames longer.
