What do you think? I'm using B-spec, in an easy race, for 7.5k for each win, jus to get money to afford a pick up, and a FF to finish off begginer... Would you guys call this cheating? :indiff:

No.. But do the second race in Special Conditions and earn 265K in 10 minutes... Might be a little faster...

I'd call it a collassal waste of time if you're only doing it in a $7500 race....

have a look a little further down the front page....
$$$ per Minute of Racing

if you need cash at that early stage in the game, go run a few driving missions, or the second special condition event (as stated).

IT does take the fun outa the game, but racing for like 40 times, just to get more money, also isn't fun. I cant race the special conditions yet.i only got the game 2 days ago, and need money to finish off the begginer section.

EDIT:

It appears i can, cheers guys. :)

Ehhhh.. Excuse me but - Clearing all the License tests with just Bronze will provide you with more than enough horsepower to clean out beginners section...

Yer, i'm only on the second lisence, I'm jus doing them as i have to, rather than doing them all.

Although, is it worth doing them all and gettin the cars?

Absolutely... You won't have to spend B-Spec time doing silly races for silly money. Clearing the licenses are piss-easy and provides some nice wheels - for free ;)

I really don't like b-spec, my first game i ran through the game without a lot of B-spec, but then I got my mercedes, and bought almost all the cars in the game, so this time around, no B-Spec.

B-Spec is cool for cars that you WANT, but i don't like using it for a car that i absolutely need, i like to earn the cars i need (but if i want a special car to cruise around in, thats cool to b-spec.)

b-spec as much as you want, i do it when i'm sleeping and at school.

and Flerbizky I'M THE ONLY JEDI HERE!!!!!!!!!

no you're not ........

Go ahead and B-spec for cash, but only once you are tired and bored of A-speccing the same race for cash. After all, you need A LOT of cash to do all the silly one-brand races that give you little money and garbage cars as prizes.

The best places to make cash are:

Costa D'Amalfi rally (A-spec, before 20% completion).
200 mile El Capitan endurance (B-spec, after 20% completion).
Deutche Touring Mastersheife - probably mispelled (A or B-spec, after you get IA license).

A suggestion... build up your B-spec driver stats, you will need it later. I did it the easy and fun way, by B-speccing every championship right after A-speccing it. I also suggest using the lamest car that you can possibly use and still win. That way you will be forced to actively manage your driver to win, making the process enjoyable rather than a time to go away for coffee.

Above all, have fun. Remember, you bought this game to have a good time, not to go through "I have to complete this" torture.

Again, thanks for the help guys... GT4 is my first GT game... I wern't even gunna get it, i was guna wait for GT5 on the ps3, but saw GT4 second hand for half the retail price... Score :)
