ok bud, is this the only incident?

Yes, apart from the whole field running wide a few times so nothing I can do about that, only way to prevent that in future will be to run penalties on Fuji.

Points are updated.

Well done to driver for taking both heats, you were flying to high for me. lol

Well done to all who raced last night, it was clean, fun and fair.

Now the the last round, good luck to everyone.

I'm not a fan of the penalty system, I went off the track a few times to prevent my car from running into driver in race 1, and he re paid the favour, penalties would just get out of hand, people would just force people off the road to get held up by the penalty or be taken out by avoiding the penalty area, I think its no harm no foul,

They weigh 1264kg so 345bhp will make them closer to 534pp

yeah  I haven't had a good look at it yet, I'm ok with that spec, I'm also ok with the BMW,at 330BHP, and Scoob T/C at 315BHP,

for the last race and fast nature of spa, I would also allow the current scoob to go up to 310BHP, if that's ok with the rest of everyone,

the Ford was at 355BHP @1350KG

I think the better way to match cars up will be to use the PP index.

Plus not to mix road or RM models with race cars. As this will influence the speed in a straight or the cornering abilities of contenders. All cars should be as close as possible to one another, meaning PP, Power, Weight, Down force all need to be taken into consideration for season 2.

Wow

Ford at 355bhp is close to 555 pp, bit strong I would say. should be closer to 315bhp. to get to the maximum pp in series of 534pp.

yeah but the PP system is as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike, it doesn't share any relevance to any 2 particular cars, you only need to see the results of a seasonal event to see that, like the 600PP race cars at indy road course, if the PP points system worked you wouldn't see the 2J dominate it all the time,

yeah but to be fair to the rest of the field I only use 20 points downforce on the front and 35 on the rear, that drops the PP down,

and last night's race shows there is a big difference between the PP points but no difference in the cars,

PP doesn't work been tried in the past, one car always dominates and there is no option to change

I think we all should join a room , then let 1 driver go out and test 3 cars, to see how they compare, each driver will choose his best track so we are sure we getting positive feedback.
After each session the drivers champion (driver101) will also have a go in the same cars to see how the previous test compare.

Following that we will have the next driver go out and test his selection of cars on his desired track. Each car can do 3 hot laps, .......ect.

What you guys think, this way we will be sure all cars are equal.

With my car list we already know that 6/8 of the cars are on similar pace, just need to try the S2000 and HKS

the best way to do that is to have a 5 lap qually session in each car with no aero at high speed ring, everyone knows the track, its not that hard to drive, and it will show what chassis is the best, what top speeds can be achieved, and a lap time, reasonably quick,

Good to hear, but I think it will be fun to get in a room and watch different drivers trying to get the best out of these cars, bring your selection, lets get some test drivers and have fun.

We should test on a few tracks, like you said high speed ring could be one, I am fast on deep forest so I want to test there some of your selections, maybe we can get a few guys that know that they are fast on certain tracks and test there. All cars can be tested at max down force and minimum.

Lets finish this season first

I agree to the penalty system being used, there was a few occasions yesterday when I was quicker through corners and ready to overtake or I was having a good line through a corner to build a gap only for the car to run off the track to catch up or get away from me. After about 2 laps of this I decided I'll just run wide or cuta corner to be on a level playing field.

You can't control everybody from gaining little advantages by doing what I mentioned above unless you use penalties. I personally think penalties should be on every track to stop it and to make people take the correct caution for every bend. I raced in one series with penalties on and it worked well.

I hate to say it but the falcon at 316BHP which is minimum power and max aero the car can do 1.10s easy,

I think we should use the Subaru Super Touring as well as the FTO Super Touring, are there any more super touring models?
