Yeah, we're pretty spoilt for good games this year. I'm a little bummed as the pc version has been pushed to something like the 16 or 18 of November. I have it on preorder but skyrim will be here by then and I know I will be not using my computer for anything other than that. I had hoped to knock over batman before skyrim arrives but no such luck.
 
I saw this in town today and was really tempted, but I'll just wait for skyrim instead. We have been spoiled for good games this year though.
 
My PS3 won't work Online so while waitting for a new one I got this to keep me company ,got it from a local service at the price of 400 pounds (40 English Pounds).

I'll try it in a bit ,loved the Previous one.
 
Arkham city looks fantastic, but with Uncharted 3 just around the corner, I'll have to wait until the new year to pick this up.

Well I actually bought it ,Haven't been playing alot due to exams but so far so very good .I still dislike Alfred's voice though (Must be a Michael Cane Hangover :D)
 
I finally played this game after having it for a few days. It's cool but kind of hard to pull of the long combos. Graphics and sound are amazing and the story rocks too.

I am still in the begining stages of the game I am enjoying so much how do you all feel about it ? ( please no spoilers )
 
I just rescued the doctor(very beginning) and completed a few training areas. This game is incredible!👍 👍 My combat combos are a bit rusty. I may try to get the platinum for this one just like I did with Arkham Asylum, it's that fun!👍

Best comic book superhero game I've ever played. :)
 
enjoying it alot now dealing with the peguin at the moment ( not a spoiler)
 
Now I'm off to visit the crash site, after I look at the beautiful vistas this game has.👍

I completed the first part to get the upgradedgrapling hook did you complete the next set of Augmented reality ? What do you get for completing that ??
 
I'm now in the really tall tower in the center of the map trying to destroy protocol 10. I think I'm about 90% done with the main story. I hope I can go back and do the side missions after I beat the main story, than after that it's UNCHARTED 3 time

Nothing useful in the game unfortunately. Just the Batwing character model and the AR knight trophy.

I just did a combo on an enemy near a wall and Batman grabbed the thug in a headlock and rammed the thugs head straight into the wall, hahaha, that's good stuff!

yeah if you are near the wall batman and cat women will use the wall or the railing its interesting to see and find different animations I turned on the hint tutorial buttons to learn more about the combo system.
 
I'm currently waiting on phone calls from Zsasz, I think I need about 2 more calls, the tracking meter is about 80% full.

Grapple boosting across the city to get to the next phone in time is great! 👍
 
I am not good with those phone calls my navigation skills need to improve.
 
The first couple of calls I tried, thinking I knew the map, I ended up going in the wrong direction hahaha! Now at the start of each call right after Batman gets map coordinates, I check the map to make sure I'm pointed in the right direction and start grapple boosting from there.
 
Can't believe this dropped all the way back to page 4. Anyway, just got the game a few days ago and it was absolutely amazing. All the little details they managed to pack in there are incredible. For example, I was in a combat challenge room. I was fighting about twenty guys and countered an incoming punch. I'm not sure if I imagined this or not, but there was a guy holding a shield behind the guy whose punch I countered. Batman grabbed this guy and smashed him against the other guy's shield.

I can't believe these guys (Rocksteady) came out of nowhere. Let's face it, there have been endless superhero games. Most have been terrible, some have been ok, a few have been good. AA and AC have been amazing. It was obvious that this one was going to be good given that a lot more money has been pumped in, but this one blew me away. And that was not easy to do again after Arkham Asylum.
 
the games pretty awesome I just beat the main story a week ago now need to finish up the side missions. great game everyone gets a free costume also check psn if it doesnt auto load.
 
Has everyone seen the game of the year edition it comes iwth all dlc batman year one animated movie and a continuation of the storyline involving harly Quinn if you still have the original game you can Download it the same day this comes out on the 29th of May.

Is that a cutscene/animation? Or is it playable?
