GTP BATracer Season 6 Lottery

Righteo Lads and the one lass, lets get this going, barred from this season's lottery draw are the following:

With the draw now made, sign ups for Season 7 are open!

Rules for sign ups:
Right, simple process really. First, find a seat you want, then you have three outcomes:

1. If the seat is marked OPEN, then you take it automatically, on a first come, first serve basis.
2. If the seat has a driver's name but in Italic then you will be put down as a possible replacement of the driver, however the current occupier of the seat has first choice.
3. If the seat has a driver's name but in Bold then that seat is taken and you will have to find another.

Season 7 should be starting around halfway through November, so if you are new to the series, please make sure you have a open private game slot for the season. :) Also, drivers who were not picked in the lottery may still change teams.

With that, I leave the rest to everyone.

I want to team up with Lee, I also want to team up with Chang, but I so badly want to see if I can beat Bruno… If Bruno is okay with it, Renault me. If not, Honda me.

Hmm. I don't know.

Keep me at Midland for the time being.

[for people who might want a new teamie] I'm relatively reliable (if I can't get on [school etc], I hand over my details so teamie can run prac, warmup etc), and get good results :) (see post earlier in thread [circa ~20 or so posts, I dunno])

I took the seat on the basis that I’d have to beat you to have a chance of winning. Now I’ll need a big excuse if I don’t win the title (no offence Will :lol: ).
 
Well, I think I'm going to sit around being that one guy who everyone knows is going to drive next season, but nobody knows where yet.

Translation: I'm going to sit back and watch as all the seats get taken, leaving me in an Aguri. (waitwaitwait not an actual confirmation you fools)

In for S7, but don't want to confirm with Midland too early, in case a better seat opens up. ^^
 
I'm not looking to leave Williams at all but since I got picked looks like I have no choice here...anyone looking to form a real solid team, looking to trade places or what so ever well send me a PM. I will not join a team with a partner having a so called history of flying away, if no other choice I will simply leave.

So if you're serious and want to have a real teammate then hit me up. I'll join any team what so ever I don't care, I care only about having an active teammate.
 
Shame Brad was chosen really, we were pretty damn competitive against eachother. :lol:

Oh well, don't think I could have got anyone better than Herman seeing as we were teamies at McLaren in Season 4. :D

I think the next season is going to be even more interesting.
With the top players down grading to mid range teams. Letting new players take the top 3. I like this :D

And Lee is a freaking good teammate also, so i don't have to worry :)

Davidson: "Haswell Was Too Scared"

Lee Davidson today confirmed his future at Honda but before that, he made a remark about rival, Blake Haswell, quoted as saying "Haswell had the chance to partner me at Honda, he ditched it, probably because he was too scared I'd whoop him in the same machinary."

Davidson will instead be partnered by Herman Chang, thus re-uniting the ex-teamates from Season 4 when they drove for McLaren Mercedies.

Chang: "Reuniting with Davidson"

After a year at Renault, Chang decides to terminate the contract himself and move to Honda in Season 7. This will be the 4th team for Chang.
"Reuniting with Davidson will definitely be great. Although I had a dismal Season 4 in the Mclaren, he was a good teammate and supported me all the way. Honda offers a great package for me, and I like a challege."

Chang will sign a possible two year contract with Honda, depending on whether the whole deal falls through.
 
I'm skipping the next season, and Narayan has been AWOL since the first race so both Aguri seats are open.
