Bah on for a single point before a driver error. I don;t get it, I was bloody fast during the first stint but then just faded back after.

Is anybody going to have a private game slot open soon, or has one open already? My F1 2002 game will be over in a little over a day.

Nope but I will have a public one open in 2 days.

EDIT: I love my helmet..

EDIT2: Hmmm...

Hey, I can dream..

Do you love it enough to keep it for more than three days? :p

 You know what? I think it's a maybe this time round.

Atleast it did better than the pink one which lasted the grand sum of half a night..

EDIT: Yeah I too realise what I just said..

lee, I DARE you to use one helmet for a whole season.

CCYoshi's Momentum-O-Meter: Barcelona

Looking Up:

Beyens: Another strong 2nd-place finish, takes the driver's championship lead...by a point. A lead is a lead, though.

Renault: A 3-4 finish means they're leading the constructors' championship by quite a decent margin now - 13 points.

Toyosuck: Double points finish, may be 5th and 7th but still quite impressive. Almost.

The Fans: They get to watch a very close and exciting championship battle - let's hope it stays this way!

---

On The Edge:

Shepherd: Yes, he won the race, but is he a victim of the one-win, no-points curse? Is he even driving his own car? There's a severe lack of enthusiasm if so.

Kawasie: Consistency is the key here - 3 strong finishes and then a DNF can really kill momentum. He hopes to get things back together and charge for the championship lead. (yay, bias)

Davidson/Haswell: Also a victim of mediocre finishes (or in Haswell's case the lack of a finish), perhaps this rivalry isn't as hot as preseason hype would suggest?

---

Falling Down:

Allman: Last 4 starts: 16th, retirement, 16th, retirement. Exciting.

Mason: Has shown pace this season at BMW but getting involved in a big first-lap incident doesn't really help his chances...

Vanwall, Weiland, LeSabre: Still got goose-eggs up on the scoreboard...

I blame Blake, that guy really needs to get his act together or he can go back to a career of pizza deliveries..

That's right, second highest ranking. And that means one of three things...

1. I have terribly good luck in public games (maybe: a one retirement, zero win V8 got me an undeserved championship, but I had an eight? retirement, ten pole, four win fourth place BTCC Production).

2. I have terribly bad luck in private games.

3. Give me a better car (lame excuse).

Here's to hoping it's option three, and that I get picked in the lottery.

I'm the one controlling. He did not win, I won. I'm doing it for Williams, the team. I can call it my team anyway because this is my third season there and I'm not looking to move in the future. I'm now giving out a warning for the guy joining me next season, if you quit on me I'll freaking [removed by mod] you with a 12 inch [ditto]. Slackers stay the fawk away from me for god's sake.

When is the lottery? If I get picked I know where I want to go. :D

Oh...but not for the [ditto] [removal]. No. Veiy bad.

But winning is 👍

Pole, and going on recent form there'll be a weird problem which forces me to lose heaps of positions at some point. :(

Still, I’m confident in everything except my luck.

That is somewhat disturbing, not the whole [ditto] thing, but the fact you have a 12 inch [ditto]....

I guess 11 inches isn't enough for some people....

Mine's a 13 inch special just like my local bus driver showed me the other day at the shops...

... we are talking about steering wheels aren't we?

World Ranking: 1141st! :)

Can I claw back 9 + 1 points in a BTCC series in 3 races? I hope so, this is the closest I've come to winning my first championship.

I've done it! :)

I've won my first public series championship. I'm a little disappointed that I only moved about 160 spots up the world ranking, but now I can enter one of thoses ROC series and pretend I'm better than I am.

Great result for Toyosuck.

NEW FASTEST LAP!

Machiels (Toyota)
Lap 49 (1:13.199)

Toyota going for a win!

After the race in Monaco, Toyota definitely prooved they can keep up with the top easily. A 2th and 6th place were the results for the team. Leading driver Machiels therefore asks everyone else friendly to drop the nickname "toyosuck".
