Straight after
this round last night I received a message on PSN which said "u r dog".
We were being base raped badly by the BMP and everything else they could throw at us.
The only thing I can guess that prompted the message was as I was trying to make my way out of the base spawn. When you turn right immediatly after the humvee you head up an alleyway of sorts. You now turn left (or keep going straight) and cut through a small room which brings you out at the base of the overpass/bridge that crosses the road.
As I turned to enter the small room there was about four guys waiting for anyone coming this way. I armed the M320 got a double kill and ducked for cover. When the M320 reloaded I popped up from cover and another double kill. Rinse and repeat this for six shots, I think the guy that messaged me was reviving the guys I kept killing.
What was his 🤬 problem? I was only trying to get out of our base. He was a high ranked colonel so he's been around long enough to know that all he had to do was flank to avoid the situation.
I can only assume he's some young kid with nothing better to do.
Makes me wonder, why even bother sending messages like that?
In all the hours of my BF3 play I've sent one message to someone I don't know. A guy totally owned our team at Caspian once, getting me about 8 times in the process to me only getting him once. After the round I sent a message saying "well played mate". He actually replied by saying "thankyou my friend".
Sorry for the rant, just peeved me a bit that's all.
Cheers Shaun.
