I just finished the Campaign. DICE presented the campaign in a fashion very similar to Black Ops. I would have liked for a bit more vehicle combat, so as to better prepare me for the Multiplayer side of the game. Of the weapons I tried in the Campaign, I really liked the SG553.

Not sure if I am going to jump into the multiplayer now or try some solo Co-op.

Hey I want the G3 which is the last at 441,000 points. :rolleyes:

I played co-op for about 5 hours so far. I've got over 500 co-op kills and I only just unlocked the KH2002 which is the second unlock at about 120,000 points.

I tell ya what though... If you wanna grind some co-op for the unlocks I'm down. I need someone who doesn't suck so bad like the others I've tried with so far. I'm on the second to last mission from what I can tell. Its a night time sniper mission with hostages and crap.

I did not try the G3 during the Campaign, though there were opportunities to do so.

How many points did it take to unlock the KH2002?

The whole point of co-op is to work with someone... If they wanted you to do it alone, it would be in the campaign.
 
120,000 approx. The MP412 magnum revolver is the first at around 60,000. MP7 is at 189,000. Then you've got the M39 sniper rifle at 252,000, the M93 pistol after that and then the SG553 and G3.

The G3 in the campaign wasn't that great. It was always only found with no attachments and the full auto mode was almost unusable. Online however I'm sure it would destroy in semi auto with an acog and heavy barrel.

Yes, that is the point of Co-op, but my Origin Friends' List is currently empty.

I would definitely take you up on the offer, but I am playing Battlefield 3 on PC and I am pretty sure you are playing on PS3.
 
PC is to expensive for me to give a damn. The idea of buying a graphics card alone that cost hundreds more than my whole system is a real deal killer for me.
 
It was previously a deal killer for me when it came to PC gaming. My previous laptop was very close to biting the dust and it was time for me to upgrade to a newer one. This newer one can handle Battlefield 3 on High settings and was not overly expensive for what is inside. Had it not been for needing a new computer, then it is very likely I would have gotten BF3 on PS3.

I haven't had that problem at all except Caspian conquest and maybe Firestorm. Then again I've only really played engineer and now support.

I just unlocked the G36C which is a pretty nice gun to use. I'm now 500 points off of mortars which I'm pretty excited to try out tonight.
 
Just unlocked the extinguisher for the jets, but I'll keep flares on. Also I'm loving the air radar it's awesome.
 
The russian sights would be great if the rangefinder was actually to scale.

Vehicles suck especially in conquest. Some asshole sits in a tank on the flag the whole game and no one cares. It also takes like 3-4 rockets to do any damage to even an IFV. Don't even get me started on those damn flares. I only get 3 rockets and aircraft get unlimited flares. Its bull ****.

I sat in a tank and went 38-5. :lol: already have about 130 kills with tanks.

No I drive around the map capping flags. I play the objective in a tank. 👍

Me too although I think I'm only at about 50 kills in tanks. I know I have 30 with the Russian one and I think a few less with the M1.

I've got 99 kills I'm the Russian tank and 33 in the M1.

Yes me too :) I have a bunch of anti vehicle ribbons so far. C4 is awesome and it's a good fun trying to sneak behind a tank with an rpg to get it from the back.

Lead the target. You points will come from Vehicle Destroys, and Disables. Kills are hard to come by because it's so easy just to eject. With that said, I have actually roadkilled two people out of the sky haha


For all you co op guys looking to unlock weapons, there is a part of the map where you can 'farm' kills for as long as possible to rack up points instead of playing the maps over and over, I won't say where or what mission, but shoot me a PM if you're interested in doing it 👍
 
I really enjoy to destroy tanks with C4 (as I already did in BC2 - 1000 C4 kills ;))
I think the most don't realize that some already have the C4 unlocked. It's so easy to get near a tank most of the time. And with 2 sticks you blow them up completelly. Much more effective than Rockets!
Also, Mines are great! Noone is even looking for them right now! Already got 20 kills with them. ;)

But the jet? I don't think I will ever get the hang of them. they also seem pretty pointless for me to use....



And I'm glad MW3 comes out soon. Noone really plays the objective. I loose soooo many games bacause of that. And my K/D is pretty bad, because I'm pretty much the only one who tries to get in the Danger Zone! :mad::lol:
