25.000.000 points and yes it have an unlock that comes with it :)

They posted on FB a few days that 'several' accounts had been reset due to cheating or "boosting". I know boosting was an issue back in BBC2. On that note I finally got back in the game and finished campaign this week after a great hunting trip in East Texas. I went online yesterday to play multiplayer and had some great rounds with Mr.Geez and Theewar. I also got to squad up with Psycho_Sally, ajwilli1, and Minus955 and had some great rounds as well. I am only at level 6 and having a good squad really helps game play. I still had my butt handed to me due to my lack of 'goodies' and the higher level players. Still a great game and I believe will be as epic as BBC2. See Y'all on the Battlefield!

I'm playing on XBOX 360

tag- OLDSKOOLACURA

lets shoot some people together lol. I play a lot of conquest hardcore

Been using the M98B lately. It's a really great Sniper rifle. I like it a lot more than the M40 despite only having 5-6 rounds. It has a lot less sway so it helps with taking out several targets in a short amount of time

Current Stats on 360 are looking like:
Score/Minute - 294
Accuracy - 14.9%
W/L Ratio - 0.33 :(
K/D Ratio - 1.064

I don't know what you guys use to find people on battlelog. But add me on there. It's shiny48 I think

I would put money on a stationary. Usually even with a screen they are cheaper but with twice the performance.

Laptops isn´t made for gaming, even the ones that they advertise :)
Works out good for a while then it starts to overheat, gets slower etc etc.

i don't want stationary. i move constantly and would not be able to lug around a desktop :D

Well it´s smaller then a couch though :) Or do only you and your laptop move around? :)

Well, like hotels and what not. for a few days. so it needs to fit in a backpac

The reason I was looking into the G53sx was because I played BadCompany 2 on my friends a few months ago for about 6 hours straight. No problems with over heating or anything.

Then buy it :) i ment long term. Reason i´m so reluctant to anything called laptops is because i used to own an ASUS with blu-ray player, 18.4 inch screen, 4gigs of RAM etc etc.

One year later the mobo failed and they only had a years warranty on their products so i burned a ******** of money on a piece of junk.

There´s also a reason why ASUS are cheaper then other brands.

Strange, I've read they're practically bullet proof. It's not like i'd be stressing the computer that much either. I mean 2nd gen i7, 12gb ram, Nvidia 560M, i'm not too worried about the components dying out. Those specs can apparently run BF3 on high like it's its job lol

I bought mine i believe 2 years ago now so who knows, they probably are bullet proof now then :)

I guess you don´t have much of a choice anyways, i´m sure it´s a solid laptop.

I could get an alien ware. but god they are expensive lol

How much would it cost to just build a computer? I'm thinking that it may not be that big of a deal if I can't play on race weekends. Probably going to be too busy anyway. And I have little to no knowledge about building a computer. So I feel I might struggle? Or is it easier than it looks.

building a stationary?

Well you will get a considerably better computer for the same money if you choose the stationary route.

If you are handy then it should not be any problems. I´m handy but i let my brother piece together mine and just from looking at it, it looked pretty easy, you just have to know what goes where i guess.

Yea alienware are stupid expensive. But you pay for the brand like you would for a Ferrari or Lamborghini :)

EDIT: Holy crap, went 11-0 in one round :) came in late at that aswell ;)

This is the laptop I have and it's an excellent gaming laptop. I haven't had it long term but I played BF3 extensively on nearly ultra graphics and it did it beautifully. It's a nice all around notebook as well. It's definitely pricey @ $1,430 but you get what you pay for.

Well I got a $1300 Dell laptop as a grad present 3 years ago and it plays BC2 just fine. Only now it won't play BF3. Laptops aren't all bad, heck of a lot better than they once we're and mine is a Dell!

Looking at your k/d ratios, I must be extremely ordinary at this game :indiff: I am around 0.6 or something and really struggle to get anywhere near 10 kills a round. I've just unlocked red-dots for both starting engi rifles, so hopefully that will help.

Problem with 🤬 kill rates, is that it takes ages to unlock anything, which means it takes ages to be able to up kill rates as I dont have barrel/ foregrip etc kit!

Bring on my damn free DLC Karkand stuff Dice!! :D

Once you get the first couple items, the rest come in no time, in jets i went 3 weeks with nothing but MG, then i got flares, heat seekers, stealth, and belt speed in one weekend, same thing with guns, once you get a sight and either bipod or foregrip, things just fall into place, then as it goes farther it begins to get harder again to unlock things

As for your k/d most likely it won't move too much, be cause by the time you start averaging 1.5, you will have already established all of those .60 games (found this out in bc2)

My reccomendation is to play co-op and at least get the KH2002, it's an amazing gun, rapid fire 3 round burst and low recoil are it's strong points, I can't remember if it's 5.56 or 7.62 rounds though

And karkand is comin in december

Has anybody else noticed that on the homepage of Battlelog it shows that you can get it on portable devices? But yet when I search on both App store and Android Market I see nothing? Anybody know why this is?

1. Get familiar with the maps. Know all the available flanking routes.

2. Always know where you're going while being on the move aka try not to get infected with "headless chicken syndrome".

3. Spot , spot , spot and spot some more.

4. Leave ammo packs and health kits for people that need it.

5. Find a pad sensitivity that suits your style (disregard anyone who says that to be good you need max sensitivity, BSx1000 , I play on "6 clicks from the minimum" and it feels great on battlefield)

6. Take notice of the mini-map (spotted enemy positions, friendly deaths, who needs ammo).

7. Listen to the environment, you can easily hear the enemy voices which leads to knowing their position.

8. Change your loadouts according to game mode/map/available vehicles.

9. Don't think that "later guns" are better, they are not , they are just different.

10. Scope is not always your friend.

11. Tactical light will get you in trouble more times then it will help.

12. Don't steal friendly vehicles while someone is repairing them.

13. If you die kill-cam is your biggest friend.

14. Remember about bullet drop, recoil and leading your targets while shooting.

15. PTFO! :)

I don't understand how easily this guy is killing people. I tried for a good 10 minutes straight and never got a hit marker even..

I think it just says you can get on the website on portable devices. Not an app
