I haven't got anything unlocked for it yet just a psox4 which sucks on it and the grip. It took me all night last night just to unlock it. I started with about 20k recon score and ended the night with about 72k recon score.

It's what the M14 in BC2 and the M39 in BF3 should be. IMO

Edit, forgot, but along with the grip, and IRNV, use the suppressor on Terhan. Otherwise in CQC I use Kobra RDS, grip, and tac light.

Tehran highway is one of my favorite maps so far. Only problem is if you don't defend the first base its a lot harder to defend the other bases.

I absolutely hate Tehran Highway. I dont mind any of the other maps but when i play Tehran, i always end up with a low score.

This is usually me. Although I had decent luck today with P90 and G18.

Ah that's why you were playing Recon all night. Next time we play would you please spawn on my Spawn Beacon? I have 92 out of 100 spawns last time I checked and I want that medal for a nice 10k boost.
 
well I suck at sniping. I tried without a scope and did ok, but then I put the x7 scope on and I just suck (x12 scope is too much zoom IMO).

I really want to unlock the m98 or m40 but I just suck with recon, even if I use assault rifle in recon I suck. I don't get it.

I had such a good time in BC2 and now the fun is gone for me in recon :(
 
If I'm not to busy spawning on my own beacon I'll give it a try. I've been playing this game like a game of football trying to see how far forward I can place a spawn beacon.

Try PDWs or shotguns in TDM as Recon if you wanna unlock stuff. Easiest way in my opinion.

@Time_Attack I'll probably have it by the time we next play because I got a few on Tehran. I hate how they self destruct when you respawn as Recon but of you switch classes they don't.

that's another thing. I always get owned with a shotgun but when I use a shotgun I can't hit the side of a barn. WTF!!

it has been like that in every shooting game for me. I love shotguns but I suck with them lol

Yea I remember now it was that match I got 19k combat score because I revived so many people and got 51 kills if I remember correctly. I got the MCOM attacker ribbon last night on the highway level. I think I need 3 more ribbons.

The self destruct thing blows. Its obviously for balance but it makes them harder to use especially when you spawn outside and have to parachute down just to place another one.

I wanted to play earlier today but the internet was acting up. I work all week so I probably won't have much play time until next weekend. I could try to get on after work but I'm usually ready for bed by then.

Haha I recommend not aiming, it helps a lot. Also if you have the Physical Warfare Pack the DAO12 with flechette rounds is good at range but if it's in a confined space use buckshot.

@Toyotasupra Yea I'm on PS3, Ilikewaffles_11. I may be home tomorrow because I can't use my right hand for pretty much anything at the moment. We'll just have to see in the morning.

@Time-Attack Depending upon what time you get home I'm also getting ready for bed. I usually get off at 7:30-8:00 to get ready for bed. I never though about the balancing but it's pretty easy to find because of how it beeps and the antenna thing on it. I remember how it was impossible to find in the Beta.

Thy sucks but aside from the Type 88 you unlock everything else. Or do you unlock the Type88? I didn't see it in Battlelog as an unlockable weapon. But if you're ever on just invite me.
 
Does the flash suppressor hide you on the mini map like the silencer does? And can you unlock it for the SKS or was that pre-order only?
 
Not really but there all pretty late unlocks. I enjoyed using the SKS early in to unlock stuff for Recon as opposed to using the MK11 and SVD.
