Wow How Epic is this Game, I am really an average (tending more noob) with FPSs but BF3 really has me hooked still level 4 but I've been enjoying it alot.

Never played Support till now though
 
^ and it gets better once you start unlocking more stuff... :)

I think it took me 6 rounds to win the 5, I joined my first to late on a useless squad, quit out joined another and immediately went to work. 5 rounds later I have my L85, naturally my assault rifle of choice now being a brit. The tank can be key though, try to work out where it spawns and have someone running squad sprint or normal sprint to run for it as soon as they can. Once you get it be conservative and make it last, you can just roll up when your squad is under attack, own the lot of them and then have a squady revive the team-mates.

Use the server browser over quick match to find a game, pick one that isn't to full or you'll likely just be filling a gap in the losing squad and you can have a much bigger affect on the game. I'm happy to help friends of mine, but I won't have the patience if we can't get a decent lobby as I don't care for SQDM at all.

Vash, have you thought about getting one of those controllers where you use a mouse to aim and a stick off of the DS3 to move?

I am just going to get better at using a keyboard. I am never going to feel completely comfortable using a keyboard--I am not even completely comfortable with my DS3 abilities :lol:--but that is not going to stop me from continuing to trying and improve my ability to use one.
 
MG36 and QBU-88 are glitched on the new maps, they are constantly being waved around my head :lol:
Work fine on the old maps though 👍
Not looking forward to the SQDM's though..

Yeah I lucked into a good squad and we stuck together for 3 straight games. Then we all got separated and I went to bed so I'm a couple wins short.

I'm also 20 headshots and 20 spots short of the 2nd level sniper rifle.

Try using the motion sensor on metro in conquest for easy spot asssists.
 
I won three of my first five SQDM's and then it took another 15 or so to get the other 2. It really is luck of the draw. Also a mention for the FAMAS, add on a Reflex RDS and a foregrip and this is one tasty gun. I dont like using a heavy barrel because it gives you less control vertically when your brawling.

Has anyone unlocked the Jackhammer yet? Its the Scarred Veteran assignment, im going to get stuck into it tonight.

No problem, I find quick match to often puts you in games which someone else has (wisely) rage quit from leaving you on an already losing team with little hope of redemption.
 
Guys has anyone else had the issue of when you start a round that all of your unlocks aren't there? It's been happening to me a bit lately. Nothing worse than running around with a bare as bones kit being totally owned by the guys with all their unlocks.

Last night I had a round at Firestorm where everyone was unranked with no unlocks. That was actually fun, I jumped in a tank at the start and basically drove from checkpoint to checkpoint helping my team where needed and killing most of the enemy that I came across. I was killed right at the end and ended 20/1 I think it was, which is pretty much as good as it gets for me.

When the awards where being given out after the round I received nothing, would have been MVP and all the other rewards that would have come with it. :banghead:. No record of the round on battlelog, it's as if the round didn't even happen.
Also seem to be getting cut from the server more than ever, frustrating to say the least.

On PS3 BTW.

It's happened to me a few times where I've joined a game only to find I have no unlocks but everybody else does. Usually have to 'quit game' on the XML to get it right again.
 
they need to fix this, I shoot someone with a pkp point blank with 20 bullets and he kills me with 3 shots with a p90 %#$%^%$#$%^!!!!!!

Pkp is very unstable but effective if you can manage the recoil

Kinda like the major QBU-88 glitch, LOL, I just unlocked it and tried to snipe with the gun full arms length above my head? Come on seriously?
 
Two questions:

1) How the 🤬 do you stop mortar jockeys? It's ridiculous how easy it is for them to just camp out back and rack up kills.

^ 1)Fight fire with fire, either mortar them or knife them
Unfortunately there is an assignment for 2 mortar kills
