After an afternoon of ragequitting due to crap teams/lag/playing badly due to being distracted by the snooker I've decided to the give the game a break for a few days.. although I'll probably just be back on tomorrow..

Loving the MG36 (when it works!) btw, even without foregrip it has less recoil than most of the assault rifles/smgs

Got the L85 and I'm working getting the rest off the tier two guns aside the PP19 and L96. Need 36 AT rocket kills for the QBZ, 11 suppression assists for the MG36, 12 sniper kills for QBU, and I need 10 MCOM arms and two hours on Karkand for the PP19. Shouldn't take to long to get all the guns.
 
I'm on now if anyone wishes to join, struggling to get dpv kills/repair torch vehikill
 
Anyone ever thought about doing kinda of like a realism battle, like rules of engagement and have battles on maps where no one ever really fights.
 
The FAMAS is awesome 👍 Now I just need to find a weapon for Engi's that I like. It feels like the AK is a waterpistol out there.

I have bought the game today. (about time, right....)

I have come home, installed the 1.02 patch as it came up first.
That data corrupted before it finished.
Installed it again.
It installed the patch and then it installed the game data to the hard drive afterwards....

Booted the game.
Got to the options, set them up.
Went in campaign, no problem....
Try multiplayer....
"The connection to EA Online has been lost"
Freeze.

I have had this problem with the beta.....

Go to game data utility in XMB and the corrupted data is still there....
Delete that....
Try again....
Same 🤬....
Still no online access.....
Go to another account on the PS3, boot it, and then hit multiplayer....
Get the "please join EA and accept our terms and conditions" screen, so obviously, multiplayer will work on this account.
But I don't want to play multiplayer on this account.
Go back to the account I want to play on (GTP_VEXD) and I get "The connection to EA Online was lost"
and...... FREEZE.

What have I done wrong, and how do I fix it?

If I delete the game data, reinstall on the other account I don't want to play on, then try to access online on the account I DO want to play on, will it work then?

Anybody else had this 🤬??

Can't believe I'm having this trouble with the actual game, as I had this trouble with the beta, and the only way I could play that was by using another account.

I do not want to do that.......

HELP?

For sniper kills and headshots, use m39 with ACOG... I use the hk53 for engineer

So I have been trying to get the repair vehicle kill, and my k/d has gone way way down I'm pretty sure, I averaged about .25 tonight, because whenever I go up, either the machine gunner gets me, or the driver gets out and shoots me, or someone else gets me....... OR I GET ******* TEAM KILLED!!!!!!!! most of the time by rockets, sometimes AR's or LMG's even

I even was in a perfect position to get it, I went in be hind a tank using the amtrack shot some, got out and repair tooled, and with only about 10% to go I get ******* TEAM KILLED by a rocket!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I figured that if I played core, I could do it, I never could've been more wrong, in core people run in packs along side and off at a distance from the vehicles, the vehicle is like the beginning of a wave of people in core

How did you guys do it?

Yea, I feel your pain. I tried twice to sneak around to an AAV and repair tool it on Noshahar. First time the driver got out and gunned me down. Second time he reversed over me :indiff:.

I know, I had been trying all day to get it, but the teamkilling is what makes me the most mad, I could ALMOST careless if it was an enemy
 
I got the repair tool kill by sneaking up on some guy using the mortar. The USAS 12 is awesome. I ran into a guy who had 29 service stars for it and 9 recon kit service stars.:crazy:

The M39, though looks fantastic, it's the worst semi-auto sniper out of the lot: way too much recoil, even with handgrip.
And the ACOG is probably the worst sight/scope in the game. I'd rather use the iron-sight before considering ACOG.

Wow that ridiculous. I only ever saw a guy with 12 service stars and 5 engineer stars.

I really think alot of luck played into that and he just rolled with it. Not to diminish the awesomeness of it all, that was badass. :D

I'll have to be a troll and disagree. I think the M39 is perfectly capable of being an all-around rifle.
 
Just had my best game so far. 30-7 conquest on metro. I killed either 4 or 5 guys with one m320 round. It's hard to tell how many I killed because I destroyed a bunch of equipment too so it's weird how it comes up on the screen.

Just unlocked the 2nd sniper rifle and 2nd assault rifle so will have to try those out tonight too.
 
I still need 9 more grenade kills for the L85. I mostly get hit markers with the m320 so I've started trying to put a shot or two into someone then switch to it.
 
I need 7 headshots and I believe 12 motion assists to unlock the L96. Oh you an get on top of the freeway on Tehran Highway. :lol:
