Sweet, just about when I'm on most Fridays.
Have Wednesday through the rest of the week off, so I'll definitely be on for awhile tomorrow night.

It's been a while, I'm slightly rusty in terms of accuracy, but I'm a lot more team-based (thanks to Team Fortress 2) and smarter in terms of strategy. I can play Rush well, but in Conquest I need a good squad otherwise I do horribly. 5 months ago I was an excellent jet pilot - my best jet moment was in Kharg Island Rush, as a defending player I was continuously spotting/shooting down the incoming tanks and boats, and I was never shot down for the whole round, and they couldn't even get past the beach. Now I'm not so sure, but I'll get up to speed soon.

My favorite class is usually Assault, but nowadays I'm leaning towards Support, because give me a bipod and the M240, and you'll never get past me ;).

I also communicate really well. Thanks to a couple of months in this clan called Only Death Awaits back in Bad Company 2 I learned to call out objectives and strategies etc. I wouldn't mind going to another clan, but I'll only be on weekends once break is over.
 
I could really use a wingman in the jets. Been using those more and more lately. More efficiently too. My younger brother has started to play and wanted me to level up his jets a bit. Went from no upgrades to flares, heat seekers, and stealth in one game. :D
Was playing on Oman a couple days ago, my team would spot and call out a tank or LAV on one of the objectives and I'd almost instantly take it out with the rocket pods. Blowing up the Olive Fort is so much fun. :dopey:
 
I will be on for surw Thursday night from about 11 pm est until around 5 am.
Definetly join in as there is usually 6 or 7+ MBP guys on. You sound like you play like we do and we are looking for medics ( dont switch to assault we have an abundance) :). So come join in and see how you fit.
 
finally decided to knuckle down and get my 10 service star with the famas, So i used that all of last night. Now 18 weapons over 1000 kills and counting. :)

Edit: Battlelog says i now have access to Aftermath, I can see the new weapon camos, Look at the new assignments and look at the new "modified vehicles" And the xbow has been added to the wqeapons. Im out of the house atm so cant see if it can be downloaded. Seems like a mistake though as its due next tuesday on PS3. Intresting though!

Finally joined the party. Can anyone recomend good servers? PS3.

Or should I just pick one and see if it is any good?
 
The 2 i play on mostly are:
Lets blow some sh@t up [mbp]
And
American australian alliance [byg].

The first one is my clans server and the second is a friendly clans server.


Sorry wasnt trying to avoid the swear filter on the first one, thats how its spelled.

The mbp server is very strict on base trapping and vehicle stealing from bases. You will be kicked from either team for mutliple offenses and we back off the closest flag to the enemy if they cannot get out of the base. No stupid "this weapon is banned" type rules.
This server is primarily vehicle based maps.

The byg server is more relaxed on base trapping but not on base stealing/vehicle destroying and is more infantry based maps.

There are more than two or three of us on PC, but I could not tell you all of who because I am not completely sure who is who on my Battlelog friends list. :lol:
 
Apart from the Crossbow, are there any new weapons expected for Aftermath? It looks a lot like the B2K maps - washed out, dusty and accordingly, not my ideal setting...

edit: Symthic reports that getting medals just got a whole lot easier....

I don't think I'm on your list but I'm a PC player as well. As far as I know there's me, you, NLxAROSA, Zoo (corner_terrorist), ibonibo and... That might be it. A bit of stalking (NL's friends list) suggests that DustDriver is too.

Oh. GTP PC platoon: Omnis, demonblade, BDM23, Syntax Error (though that's not his BL name) and some others I don't recognise. But I think there are only two or three of us who post in here regularly.
 
Possibly. Just finished dinner. Gotta clean up now etc. See what the wife has planned when she gets home from work ( about 45 min from now)

If i get on it will be in about an hour and half from now.

I am on your list. I recently changed my name to BDM23.

I see, I was wondering who that was, I've added so many people from different places it's hard to keep track of who's who!

I have a hard time remembering who is who from GTP on my friend's list because only about half of the names match up.

EDIT: I was just autobalanced to the losing team because I had a "low score and had just died". What a crock! I had been on the other team, winning team at that, for the last two games and was in the process of constantly dying because of playing a bit too recklessly. I am not taking a loss for such a BS reason. 👎
