AuraxirFORD MKIV
Reasons:
1)It's earporn to me
2)i think this is the one which raced Bruce Mclaren back in the 66
3)i like the shape
aadil717Hmm, the Ford is leading the polls...I'd of thought the Jaguar would of had this one in the bag.
Maybe you should make a new poll (is that possible?) and put the question to those who actually own ALL three (because I suspect some people - in some posts before have just been biased to the one they actually own) and make them answer the question in terms of racing and performance rather than other factors which won't actually help you win.![]()

peter_vod69The Jag is the fastest around Le Mans 2005 (no chicane) with no tuning (well, apart from longer gearing for the Mulsanne), by a few seconds.
peter_vod69Obviously you have expert knowledge of Le Mans then...
This means nothing to me. I'm not driving on a track that's a few straightaways, I'm driving on the nurburgring.
blah blah blahI've never actually driven the Ford, but the Ferrari is just outclassed by the Jag by a little bit. Looks cooler and sounds better.
We aren't talking about Le Mans @ Sarthe with no chicanes.... the Nordschleife in historic race cars is a bit different, don't ya think?
Why do you come to my threads and start crap? (kerbing & tire wear)
Frankly, I don't want to hear about your opinion and snide comments any more, so go away. 👎
gokartman78okay your going round the ring. jag everyday of the week. Ferrari is fast but explosive. it's very twitchy and horrible to drive round the ring. I did a 44 lap enduro (we could tune for it) round daytona road, spun 3 times. first time i have spun a car in a GTP race for a while. jag is balanced and nimble, just be careful with the throttle.
Technically, a Mustang rides like a stallion. But I digress...The Ford because of the handling. No oversteer & it rides like a stallion. You just jump in it & GO!!
AfrodeezyThe Ferrari seems to have JUST edged the Jag out in the polls so far, even though the general consensus when comparing the two is that the Ferrari is the lesser of both cars. Interesting..
YourSlaggyNanI think that the Ford GT40 should have been a premium car and should cost 20 million, one of the greatest cars in the history of racing.
Theace37Yepp. I absolutely adore the thing (I've got 5 of them) and if the Ferrari wasn't so dam gorgeous it would be my favorite.
aadil7175?! Why on Earth do you have 5? They're not even paintable. I would think having 2 would be enough...![]()
Theace37Cos I love them. I bought 2, got one from event, got one from 1000 ticket. And one from a lv ticket
aadil717Ah; I was thinking you might of bought all 5. But if you received 3 through tickets I suppose it's better to keep them rather than delete them (that's a terrible thought) since you can't sell them.
