Well, I've read both reviews, the IGN one twice (I was very hyped up for San Andreas), and I don't recall anything too much like that said. But I can see it may have been inspired. But it doesn't matter if it was direct from the reviews, he would then be basically saying he agrees with it.
I agree with what he said, and I can say it's the most valid statements in the thread so far. Looking back, Blake and I were always saying "I wish you could climb things", or "I wish the cars handled a little more realistically, and none of the cars handled like the Cheetah, Comet, etc", or saying general statements like that all the time. Although, we loved Vice City. I remember talking about flying Planes, and even talking about flying Choppers and riding Bikes in GTA 3. Even the haircuts came up as a discussion.
Pretty much anything we discussed, came out in San Andreas. This time around, we've talking on MSN, the phone, in person, on the Forum...neither of us have asked for anything to be in the game yet, and I have only discussed 2 improvements on this forum. And they were the Signs (I want the arrows to be bigger) and the Map Targetting System to be a little different. They have nothing to do with gameplay, and the gameplay took up 99% of mine and Blake's wishlist, maybe more.
This game, like yeti stated, is everything I have wished for, and although I shouldn't be speaking for Blake, I think he would say the same.
This game is everything I want, and I can see myself playing it for a long time.
