I think the best pocket rocket, small cars less than 100hp wen stock, is the Mazda AZ-1!

I like the muscular sound, and its MR! That car's like a go cart. Its cool, try it out. I bet you wont sell it after you drive it.

I had him and sold him.
Good design; what made me me sell him was the handling: on any corner fast or slow he would slide all over the place. It wasn´t oversteer, it was more like a stability thing. Maybe I had him on too stiffer springs; with some tunning maybe, but anyway I needed the garage space and traded his place for something a lot better. I kept the cappuccino though who I think is a better contender.

Im not sure where they yaris is stock, but that car is solid as a rock. The midget II (dont laugh) is way quicker the the fiat 500 at the same hp

Gotta go to Mazda's used cheapo depot on special days. I dont kno when, I just went for a used car look and VOILA! there it was.

And ya, the AZ1 is terribly unstable while turning at 130+mph. Don't wana fix it, waste of time.
