Beyond Repair

My Vice city is beyond repair. What can i do. i tried everything except a discn doctor of some sort. I refuse to buy one becuase ive heard they do more harm than good. Any suggestions??

Chip your PS2, get a DVD burner, make an image of the disc on your computer, burn, play.

...or just buy some of that scratch remover stuff.

Disc doctor does a lot more good than harm, mine has saved me about $1000 now and it has never failed me, unless the disc was snapped in half or something.

And you don't need to chip your PS2, removing the top and using a Gameshark 2 Version 2 will work wonders, PM me if you'd like step by step instructions.

My Vice City has a big scratch on it and now I can't listen to the music becasue it freezes when I do...

Damn straight. But I say buy a new one, don't be cheap . Kidding.

Disc doctor is fine, I've never heard of it to do harm, unless like Heero said, it is snapped in half! Buy scratch remover, they are good, or better yet, BUY A NEW ONE .
