ive caught the arse end of last years series and ive started watching this years. ive gotta say its pretty overrated. the people in there are complete deadbeats. no hot chicks, they all skanks. WHATS THE DEAL?

Which country's series you watching? The third UK series has been going just over a week now, and it's shaping up to be quite cool. Got to vote Alison out: we need to keep Alex and Sandy in, because they'll cause lots of arguments and it will be exciting!

If I'm not mistaken, Big Brother was one of those stupid reality shows that failed in the US, I think it was an NBC show, apparently whatever fails here, they ship on a big boat over there

I just can't stand Big Brother, i have never seen anything so flipping awful in my life.

Real people just don't come over well on TV. Although I caught a bit on cable the other night though that made me laugh, is there a big fat chick in the Brit BB at the moment? If so she was raiding the fridge the other night when everyone else was asleep.

Ugh... All of the reality shows are European based. We've only just started getting them over here. And Big Brother over here was a major dud. The only reason it's popular anywhere else is because of the nudity, over here all that is censored, so the main reason most people watch that garbage is taken out, rendering it useless.
They should have gone to HBO or Showtime, they might have had a chance (Although I don't like the reality TV craze anyway, and would be happier if there was a little more intelligent programming on TV these days... )

Must admit that aside from sport there isn't a lot I'm really into, TV-wise (not counting the Simpsons, Invader Zim, Futurama).

The last US series I was into was Homicide: Life on the Street - that's probably the last one I would actually make time to watch each week. It turns up occasionally on Foxtel here and I'll usually try to catch it - very fine drama (and in the later series the lovely Michelle Forbes),

I've been watching too Giles don't ask why i watch it i just do, and yes i agree kick fatty Alison out before she eats all the food

I'm still hoping for a scrap between Jonny and Alex plenty of atmosphere there

And Sandy the Scot .. well he's pretty cool , says exactly what he thinks which is usually "ah **** this F*ucking ****" :shades:

Yeah, Sandy's cool, although when I first saw him, I thought he was going to be a bit of a knob!

I watch it because the wife loves it, and I have to spend SOME time with her (not all my life in front of the computer!!). I'm kinda into it, but she watches the live showings on E4 and E4 Interactive. Can't really be bothered with that!

I loved it when fat Alison broke the table! That was funny!

Hehe i only watch the channel 4 shows no E4 this year thank god , i'd probably be glued to it all night
