Big video problem

I know a few other users and me have encountered problems with the site videos because every time we click on download it comes up with page not found ruturn to homepage. so plz hlp or sort out

If it's a problem at your end - firewall, TCP/IP settings, whatever - then using different browsers won't necessarily reveal the problem.

Especially not using the AOL browser... Bleuch!

I logged out, cleared all cookies and cache, logged in again ticking 'remember me', and I still have the same problem.
