Difference in reaction time or CONNECTION SPEED (tree) can easily be 2 to 3 car lengths

also, skid recovery force could have been on and the car tuned for it.

i mean think of it rationally. the difference between 8.892 and 8.912 is not 2 - 3 car lengths. its more like.. a fender..

Was that post necessary? I never said anything contradictory to that statement..

Furthermore, latency can be grouped right in with reaction time. You are reacting to when you see the ghost. When you see the ghost depends on connection. they are hand in hand..

This entire forum needs to take a chill pill

Couldn't agree more.

Actually latency negates reaction time as no matter how good your reaction speed is, you will never beat someone with better connection speeds.

Well I know he wasn't using SRF because I looked at him in the screen in the lobby and he wasn't treeing me because I got a better start and he caught up to me and beat me. If you his name was TheBuggati or something like that.

Probably e-cheat then. The black edition can not get into the 8.8s. Not without cheating or lying.

Anyone know how experts down to 8.8....the best run I've had is 8.911 and k was freaking out hahah

I think they mean they are running 8.8 on indy not SSRX

Is it possible to consistently get an 8.92 something in automatic...cuz I've been stuck at 8.945 for the last hour realizing every tweak I did made it worse hahaha

it could be but consistency comes down to how well you can launch and get your rpms right. my old tune did 8.912 in auto. but it wasnt at all consistent.

What would you say it ran consistently?

i never got a consistent result because when id see my 0-60 time i'd know if it was going to be a good run or not. since i was in auto id only ever need up to the 0-100 to truely know if it was a good run. but id say around the 8.94Xs

^^^^^
best way to do it on AWD cars,If your crossing the 1/4 half way thru 6th gear then potentially you can go faster...in rwd cars thats not usually the case

It actually depends on the car.
GTR and specV like's its gears short and close so the closer the better

Oh yeah Karo. I was wondering if you can help me with the suspension for the ACR. I currently run 8.993 (even though that is a good time I would like to make it quicker). I'm sorry for bothering you

Try this.
0/max
1/10
1/10
1/1
5.0/0.0
-1.00/0.65
SSRX track only.

If you have a higher top speed and 1st all the way left your take off is goin to be slower then having a lower top speed get it?

My manual tune, when run in Auto, will do a 8.914 (best)... however, it's average time is 8.928 (ish) with the slowest being around 8.946 i think...

You should run manual, your 8.945 will turn to 8.939 if you're decent... with the exact same tune, just down to manual > auto.
