If you want spinners there are plenty in Midnight Club 3 or NFSU2.

As I remember, the 'Wheels Of The Day' on my UK version are called Used Wheels, there is a button at the bottom of the screen under the wheel manufacturers logo's (OZ, BBS, Rays, Yokohama etc.)

In the buy wheels menu hold the start button and quickly unplug the ps2 system from the wall...then plug it back in. Now you gotta do it fast and a expanded buy menu comes up with wheel size options...sorta like in nfs series...its super sweet
