2:how long does it take to glitch trade 1 car

1: It doesn't matter which version you currently have since you remove all data and Start with version 1. for more info on how to do it use the search function.
2: For me as an average, 1 hour to delete data and install data.
And about 2 hours to download and install the updates (depends on your internet speed) so for me a total of 3 hours which may vary some times.
3: No you don't lose you're trophies because trophies are synchronised online with PSN and have nothing to do with GT5 further.
