The name and level from that BoB will be entered here in this topic, and it's very important this BoB is kept free untill the event starts, so he doesn't level up anymore. So the BoB needs to be kept offline untill the event starts in 1 week. This is very important for people who enter the betting. When a driver is on a higher level at the start of the competition, and not the level he was wen entered, he will be disqualified from racing.

Wouldn't it be enough to require for a Bob to remain at the same level to when s/he was entered, instead of requiring for the Bob to be taken offline until the competition begins?

Yes, you are right there, that can be enough. I was just thinking... when he remains online, and participates in a lot of races, he can level up.

Only if prizes are received, though. A Bob could have been in a thousand races and still be level 0. If you never receive prizes, your Bob's level will never go up, irrespective of the number of races your Bob has been in.
