Yes, this is the Mercedes tuning company that makes AMG look like a rubber duck.

They take a respectable Mercedes, and re-write what a Mercedes should be.

Take for example the Brabus CLS

It'd be nice to get more than one non-Japanese tuner in the game sure, Brabus make some nicely tuned Mercs, they even do an SLR.

2) give us some more info on them please

Brabus are a bunch of psychos. They don't bother with niceties like "What's the biggest engine we can get in there?", but move straight on to "So... how do we fit a 5.5 litre supercharged V8 in there?"

Everything they make is the fastest - the Brabus M is the fastest SUV on the planet (192mph). The Brabus E is the fastest estate car on the planet (208mph). The Brabus C is the fastest four door on the planet (208mph).

They are practically certifiable.

and how about alpina with brabus, alpina do BMWs
And while they're doing that, put Gemballa in there too (verrry fast Porsches)

The easy answer is because he's Kazunori Yamauchi, not Kristiami Jama... himmel... stein.
We can still hope for a germanic expansion to come though.

I don't think so, the new Bentley is the new faster four door in the world.

Yes, Alpina would be great as well.

Only Brabus would tune a Mercedes Vaneo.

Errrr, no.

The 190+mph Bentley Continental Flying Spur is the fastest CURRENT 4-door car on Earth. The Brabus, at 211mph recorded in 1996, is the fastest ever.

This has just occurred to me, are there any tuning companies for non german and asian cars? or are there any tuning companies situated outside of germany and asia?

There are lots of small tuner companies in the UK who fit things like chips to cars (e.g. Superchips). There are also a lot of companies who specialise in turbocharging engines (e.g. BBR engineering), and race preparing cars (e.g. Prodrive). There are also tuning companies in the US (Mopar for Dodges and Lingenfelter for Vettes are a couple I can think of off the top of my head).

I'm sure there are many more though

Actually, come to think of it. In a recent TRC magazine I bought there was a rear wheel drive mini tuned by a company in the UK called Z cars. It had a motorbike engine mounted over the back wheels. I think they have a website too, maybe i'll go and dig out the mag in a bit and post the address in here.

I've seen a bike-engined Mini in a couple of mags. There was one in Autocar in one of their 0-100mph-0 tests and there was another one, I think, in Car & Car Conversion. In the same issue there was the Evo from Norris Designs (the one which was in the Top Gear caravan pull). Another UK based tuning company.

yea, that car's awesome, it's got a yamaha r1 engine on a spaceframe chassis!? thats crazy! lol, its strange to see a car that's rear axle is driven by a bike chain though lol. There was a sick photo in the magazine of it drifting.
