Awesome shot, Bram. Looks real and I like the lighting. Also, I'd be happy to give you some shots or if you want me to I can take some for you. ;)

Thanks for the comments guys! 👍

On that, I'm bored. If you have any shots that you don't use at the moment, feel free to send to me via PM at any time 👍 If possible, has anyone got some wide-angle shots with wheel blurs seperately? I want to get back to old-school Bram Turismo gallery stuff :D

👍

Not sure if I have any pics like the ones you described, but feel free to edit any of the unedited pics at the beginning of my gallery, and if you want an unedited version of an edited pic in my gallery just tell me.

Sending some pics in a minute. I don't have any wheel-blur shots but I can take some for you next time I take some pictures. :)

Well I must thank LancerEvo7GSR and Nenad already for providing me with a huge stack of photos. I'm not going to use them all, but both have some interesting pieces amongst the collection which I'll definitly be checking out 👍

fancy cleaning up a black TVR speed 12 ?

Nice to have you around once again Nic, it's been too long 👍

The icon was more something as an example for others in the tutorial on the previous image, I just threw together something very quick. I'm not really fond of icon using either, but I think many are interested in making their own icon 👍

Also, thanks for the comments. I've pretty much drifted away from your style as I never really completely understood what you did, and whatever I did, I never came to those awesome colours you always have. So lately I'm just throwing stuff together of which I think "What in the world am I doing here?"

Anyway, thanks for the kind words, I really hope to see you around some more

Hey Bram, it's been a while! I just read this post from what seems like ages ago! I plan to be around a little more as soon as GT5 comes out. Just picked up my PS3 Slim last week, and GT5P is sweet!

Anyway, what do you mean you've drifted away? A lot of your stuff still looks similar to me! I like the panel with the clickable images, looks nice! I see you took a crack at a couple cars/angles I did a while back.

Hey, keep it up. Looking good! Oh, and will we be seeing some GT5 work from you? Hope so! :)

It does seem ages ago! It's great hearing from you again, and also great news we'll see you a little bit more with GT5. Unfortunately I have no plans as of yet to buy a Playstation3. I have started at University so I need to keep an eye on my budget. We will also start drawing with AutoCAD next year so I hope I don't have to buy a personal system and copy of the program because that would send my budget right down through the drain :indiff:

Thanks for stopping by Nic, it really means a lot to see such a "rare" member stopping by at my gallery 👍

Now for a small update:

Two pictures of a drifting Golf R32 sent to me from LancerEvo7GSR. A big, big thanks to everyone who took their time to send me images. Unfortunately not all of them were in my personale style, and those that sent me images with blurred rims forgot to check that they were in focus :p Anyway, as of late I'm more focussed on presentation, I've also become a wacko desktop modifier. So I decided to place both images in the same preview with some useless stuff around it  Nothing serious, just some level stuff and colour balance.

That aside, some personal advertisement has to be made as I have finished my own icon set for Rocketdock. It can be found at Deviantart, click to go to my personal page.

👍

Wow.... I took those? :D

Great editing on the pics. They look... better than I could've made them look. :dopey:👍

ooo. those rims were probably me
Having some issues downloading the icon set though.
edit: DA finally let me download it. Nice work Bram. Very streamlined. My Rocketdock looks a heck of a lot cleaner now. 👍

Yeah, I'll probably be around a little more with GT5 creeping ever closer. I plan on having a few GT5 updates. Hopefully with some SRT Mopars... I think I could photograph the new Challenger all day. But I don't even know if it's in GT5 yet!!!

But anyway, yeah, I had to wait until the price tag for the PS3 dropped before I could afford one. But I finally got one.

And yeah, school can certainly make it difficult to save up any kind of money for your own recreation. AutoCAD you say? That's what got me started on this whole biz! Ah yes, many many hours experimenting and exploring the wonderful (or not so wonderful) 3D world in AutoCAD. Those were the good-ole days!

Later Bram

Thanks for all the kind comments people! 👍

A small edit of SweetShopUnion's latest entry in the Customised competition. His entry was so good, I just had to give it a go. Edited the levels with a gradient map, some road reflection on the bodywork and some small reflections to bring out the rims and the tyres a little bit better :)

You transformed a great picture into a even greater picture. The levels and the dodge work on the body, really gives the picture another dynamic. 👍

Great editing, smooth and clean everywhere 👍 One thing you may want to do is to desaturate the sign (top-right), because it is too colourful comparing to the entire background, which means it is distracting to the whole picture.

Yeah, I noticed that as well. There was a lot of noise as well to start with, so I couldn't sharpen it enough. I might try and blur the background even more with some noise applied to make everything a bit sharper :)

Thansk for the comments so far guys 👍

Subaru Impreza

First of all, a big thanks to Swiss Legend for making the time to deliver these images to me. He came back with better stuff I could ask for 👍 I just love the WRX wagon. With some big rims this car looks good pretty much anywhere. I've got some other images laying around as well, one of them finished, but I'll be gathering them all in a panel and then post them 👍

Man that is an amazing shot 👍 I'm not really one for big wheels but those look great. Are you still looking for some pictures to edit?

AMAZING work... I love the editing. I fell that awesome, neck breaking sense of speed and the cleaning is suburb. 👍👍👍

You're welcome Bram, I am glad I exceeded your expectations :D
And the shot....is friggin incredible. I still haven't cycled through to the bling rims. But when I do, you'll be the first to know.

You did one amazing piece again. The cleanup and the blur are awesome as usual. I am just not too fond with the colour combination which makes the car slightly out of place, even the wheels and the windows match the background tone nicely. The reflection on the windows is not your best. The windows' reflection on Clio Sports V6 race car was so much better (with my full respect!)

Thanks guys!

The problem with the windows was that in the Clio shot, there was no background shaping in the windows, so I could easily use the sky. But here, there were tree-shaped reflections on the windows, so I decided to play it safe and just smooth out the windows just a little bit.

👍
