2 total.
1. I shatered my left elbow. It now has 2 screws in it to keep it together.
It happened as I was being pulled along side my girlfriends car while I was on my bicycle. We were traveling about 35 MPH when the pedal of my bike hit the rear wheel of her car. I lost control and went down on the road hard directly on my left elbow. I also cracked my head wide open as I smashed it onto the curb as I rolled/tumbled down the road.
I was drunk at the time so it really didn't hurt.
I have a X-Ray of my elbow with the screws in it. A funny side note that the date of the X-Ray reads January 1900, as this incident happened right after Y2K.
2. I broke vertebrate (L5) in my spinal cord.
I broke a small piece off the vertabrate as well as fracturing it in another spot. The break and fracture also herniated the disk which in turn pinched a nerve. It was extremely painful.
It happened while I was snowboarding, but I don't recall the exact instance.
I now have reduced mobility in my right leg from the problem trying to correct itself.
