Im not sure since rolo has been missing but we still have some time .
 
I'm still in charge here... I will be very sketchy this side of the new year but in January, fingers crossed I will be involved. I plan to be anyway, although I'm probably gonna be in the gedi/jb boat in that my practice time will be very limited.

I'm OK with both those sign-ups 👍 Welcome fellas, what cars are you going to be driving?

OP updated with the new drivers. Up to 12 now. Sign-ups might be slow but we'll get there.
 
As long as we are on track I think we will be happy to race Rolo

Also didn't know if people was still looking at S3 so here is the Lil' Review you guys wanted :D

Hi all, Im new to this forum, and racing leagues and all that goodness, but is there any way i could still join your racing series? I'm not part of a team, and I'd most likely be racing independently.

Yes, in the OP it is. Times I remember from last season (Unchanged specs, just more new cars) were 1:09s.

I am concidering signing up as a reserve as and when I have days off work because Thursday is a day I get off alot. (For e.g 5 shifts a week and my two days off for next week are Monday and Thursday :p)

Had a play at GP/D allready in bordum, I race nothing now lol, Seat and BMW were high on my list. Mazda was on the pace of them too but understeer is so bleh. Also the BMW 120d is faster than the petrol 120, found that quite funny.

Around GVE i found the RS Focus way off the 330i tried real hard with setup and lsd but its a horrible tyre smoker bogs down terribly:crazy: The Lexus and Volvo (Volvo cant make 1200 weight:nervous:) were also consistantly slower although not as bad for me time wise Lexus dosent feel as stable as the BMW kinda tail happy:scared:. The little Seats weight split kills what feels like an ok car another tyre smoker could maybe try harder with the setup here though although its stuck with that split.:yuck:

One that was funny is around GP/D with the same setup but different gears, the diesel 120 was .8 faster than the petrol one. It was also like 5 mph faster on the straights too :p.

That's kinda what I found too. 120i was one of the ones I considered provisional. If it can't compete with the 120d or 330 then I'm more than willing to drop it.

Remember all, of course, that car specs are not finalised yet, so if the BMWs, or Hondas, or any car really, are too fast, then there will be spec changes (which will most likely be weight changes rather than power changes, just to keep checks on race night quick, simple and painless). It's unfortunate I can't do much, or really any, running at the moment.

Just start the thing as and when your situation is sorted nobody wants to do the thing without you mr.👍
 
Rolo im gonna make a small start with the list would you consider any different cars if we can balance them? I know your hearts set on traditional BTCC cars of the past or present but maybe having balanced close cars should be objective no1?💡 Just let me know before i waste too much time its just a thought.:lol:

If anyone could send me the ST170 or the Clio in the meantime that would be great.:)

I can send both, the Clio is already tuned to the current spec but the ST170 is in stock form. I'll dupe over 1 tonight and 1 tomorrow :)
