Very interesting. Please run the tracert results if you can; it should show where the data path to each server diverges.
I tried this "Just Because" and got an average 118ms and 0% loss. Both of you could try running some ping tests. Assuming you're on Windows, open a command prompt and type:
ping -n 100 gtplanet.net
Once completed, you should see some statistics at the bottom with average response times and the % of packet loss.
You should contact your ISP or take a closer look at your computer. I see no indications of any problems in the data that you have posted, and there are still no issues with the site's infrastructure that I can find. It's getting worse. A lot worse.
Ok, Jordan. Thanks! You should contact your ISP or take a closer look at your computer. I see no indications of any problems in the data that you have posted, and there are still no issues with the site's infrastructure that I can find.
You could do further, personal troubleshooting by accessing the site with another computer or device via your home internet connection, or if you have a smartphone, access the site using its cellular data connection. If you don't see any problems in other devices, you know it's your computer. If you don't have any problems on your cellular network, you'll know your ISP is to blame.
Exactly the same problems I'm experiencing.Nothing like that.
Pages just take longer to load than usual. Whether refreshing, hitting the reply button or loading a new page, it sometimes hangs.
For example if I press reply, the page will take me to the reply box at the bottom, but the quote will take a while longer to load or won't load at all. If it does load and I hit post, it sometimes won't post unless I hit post again.
You should check your phone's browser settings, and see if there are problems viewing embedded players on other websites. The players are served directly from YouTube, and I have no control over their implementation. They are working fine for me on all my test devices.I use my mobile phone to post most of the time. I haven't been on in a few weeks but now I can't see YouTube videos that are posted. It just shows a solid black square, there's no link or play button or anything). I wasn't having any issues a few weeks ago.
You're right its my phone not the site. This has never happened before and I haven't changed any settings. You should check your phone's browser settings, and see if there are problems viewing embedded players on other websites. The players are served directly from YouTube, and I have no control over their implementation. They are working fine for me on all my test devices.
When you take a picture there's a string of code that tells you what side is supposed to be pointing up. But when you upload it to GTP, it seems like this code is not read, so the default side is always pointed up. This happens to be the bottom of your picture.Still slow running on iOS, also I uploaded a pic via mobile and on the web site viewing it is fine however PC users are saying the pic is upside down......
I had the exact same problems late last night, around midnight. When the page did load it was occasionally missing graphics and things were out of place. This morning at 10:00 the website didn't load the first time I tried.Exactly the same problems I'm experiencing.
Pages loading problems, reading alerts, replying to post etc.... .
