Funny you guys should start talking about the AK. I just got shot by bunch.

I finally got the Lightweight Pro, but I don't even notice any difference. When I pick up the gun off the dribble running, I guess I'm quicker picking it up now. I just don't see any improvement in time. Combine that with my new lower k/d(yes, again!) of 2.58, I'm not overly excited about it!

I told you it doesn't make you faster. All it does is give you faster shooting after sprinting by about 50%. I dunno what you're going to do with that seeing as you camp more than I do.

After you left things got pretty good. I decided I wanted to use the F2000 again and I have since decided that it is an amazing weapon. I'll be using this a lot more in the future.

You guys camp so hard sometimes; a6m5 getting Lightweight pro kind of cracks me :p Though it does work decently well with the TAR-21 on many maps. I've been messing around with it on an Akimbo SMG class again, is kind of fun. I remember way back I use to run with Akimbo MP5s with Silencers, was oddly effective.

The M240 makes me want to hate it. Isn't as accurate as the MG4 but seems to have similar damage I swear, so just constantly fighting with it.

That's because it does have similar damage, the same infact bullet for bullet with only a slightly better fire rate, very slight IIRC.

A6 getting lightweight pro is quite funny to, mostly from his own word of how much of a camper he sells himself as .

At the beginning of this game, I did like running, but not in that run 'n' gun style. It was sneaky, ninja stuff. I'd run, get smack in middle of the other team's camp, then take out as many as I can, with silenced P90, etc.

My playing style has been one extreme to the other, last couple of weeks. I'd ran non-stop, but when I'm tired, I might not leave a building. Claymore watching the stairs, snipe people with RPD or something. As for my running game, I'm starting to mix it up more. Run - hit & run - stealth - RPG Kamikaze, etc. I'm probably gonna put commando pro back up. I'll still get owned on the knife, but I can jump off buildings for fun.

Edit: My new k/d is 2.57. Dropped whole five points now. :(

Almost done with FMJ on the AK-47 now. I am quite liking it though, despite the sway with an attachment. Good games with you guys last night as well, though my team went to crap the moment you guys took off

But I couldn't do anything right! I was tired, so I was camping a lot, but that usually means easy game for me. But I kept making one mistake after another. :ouch:

It was fun though, and I remember losing only one game. It was to that level ten prestige *bad word* mother *bad word* clan who were just spamming Danger Close and talking 2 million tons of trash every recess between matches. And after matches, they were swearing & crying like little girls about people camping. They are spamming RPGs, noob tubes, and they had the nerve to cry about other people's game? I'm just glad that we kept kicking their behind until they ran away. I had them muted like you did, but I wish I could have heard crying before they left.

We gotta do this again. We kick butt. TA had nice night, I kept my head above water, but you, you carried us most of the night man. 👍

Thanks.

That one team though, combined with our team mates, was driving me nuts. You and TA tend to be more static, where as I am constantly moving around the map in most cases. The issue is, that means I depend on those random players to slightly control the other lanes, and we were getting idiots. Result was I was dying more than I would've liked.

Of course, I've been trying to unlock the last few attachments on some weapons, so I was using less than optimal classes at times. And my accuracy is suffering as well from it; down 0.06% or so now.

Very true. This is where Icarus/Forza & Rabby really completed our offense. Me, Brett, TA sort of let the game come to us, where you three go looking for them. Two offense combined, we were unbeatable. If we put that team together again, how much you wanna bet that we'll extend that winning streak to a hundred? :D

Ha! I knew you needed me. You're right though, I was constantly on the look-out for people to kill. My style was to beat them to the punch, get to where they wanted to go first. Always on the move, but cautious and knew when to hold a spot. Unless I was sniping of course, then I rarely moved from 1 or 2 spots depending on the map.

Yeah but you provided that critical lane control that lets me do my thing. TA and A6 control a spot and you and I would manage the flanking. They push you, I come around, and vice versa.

Randoms have been quite bad today. I had one great game wasted because of a few really bad players. I have been just over even most games because the teams I have been on were just terrible.

Had some amusing rounds of late. Same class for a while. RPD + FMJ (trying to max out weapon) it actually works quite well on some maps, but the gun really needs the grip, I'm spraying it everywhere! :D Also got C4 and the usual Thumper, can't think of my Perks. Lightweight, Hardline Pro and something else.

Anyway, on Thursday night I had a round of 3-15, yet the last round of the night I went 26-4 or something like that, with a streak of 19 (at Highrise) which is my best ever streak.

Over my last 1000 kills I've had about 1.7/8 K: D ratio, which is pretty good for me. I've even become a half decent sniper. Thank you Thermal! Though I rarely use it outside of Wasteland and Derail (which is predictable, I know)

Boy, that was a marathon today. Considering it was just me, Azuremen, and one of my buddies, we did quite well. Lost maybe three, some games got close.

Saw Rabia online, so I did bug him to play with us next time. We'll see about that one. And hurry up Forza. :p

Yeah that was a bit of a marathon.

And...

It is done

I have the FAMAS, M4A1, SCAR-H, ACR, and UMP45 done. I have done the challenge for the SCAR-H and ACR at least twice and likely done the challenge for the SCAR-H three or four times. Typically, I have only lacked unlocking Extended Magazines on most weapons; 40 penetration kills with FMJ is just a pain to do most of the time since only a handful of maps lend to easy-ish penetration kills; also, typically, before finishing gun challenges, I would prestige. Since I am probably not going to Prestige for the fifth time, I may very well finish up some gun challenges.

And you still have something left!?

Nope. At least not for Primary weapons - that is every mastery badge you can get.

I really should just stop using Scavenger at this point and just pick up guns when I run out of ammo more often.

At least lately with how I have been playing, more map wandering with an unsuppressed weapon, I have been better off benefiting from the advantages that Sleight of Hand Pro offers. Though this only applies to weapons that are not the SCAR-H; beginning with only 60 rounds, the SCAR-H really needs Scavenger to consistently stay in use.

EDIT: Apparently I have forgotten how to use the SCAR-H. I have been using many different Primaries, none of which consisted of the SCAR-H, and in the game I just played, about seven of my nine deaths were directly related with me not being able to aim the weapon while firing.

I just love ACR so much I haven't used SCAR in awhile. My first love in MW2. :D

What did Sleight of Hand Pro do? Quicker RDS or something like that? Is that like a quicker aim? Shouldn't that be same thing as the Lightweight Pro, which I think you pick up your weapon faster off running? I'm confused.

Edit: P.S. Both of my guys from yesterday says they enjoyed playing with you(Dweb & SGT Sas), Cody. SGT Sasquash told me that after I left, you two had another run.

I just finished unlocking Extended Magazines on the ACR for at least the second time, so I was using it quite a bit for the last few weeks.

Sleight of Hand is faster reloads; Sleight of Hand Pro is quicker aim down sights. Lightweight Pro is quicker aiming after sprinting.

So what will you have if you combine the two? I'm gonna have to try that, I think.

Gone for M16A4 and Raffica thing on my current class. Taking a while to get used to 3-round bursts, but had some successes in FFA earlier. M16 is quite fun.

The Holographic sight tightens the burst up just a touch from what I've seen. The M16 is quite nice with Stopping Power, as a well placed burst can drop someone instantly, and unlike the Famas, the delay is short enough to get a 2nd burst off just in case. My only qualm with the M16 is the iron sights can be a bit awkward at times.

My biggest MW2 TDM ever was with a M16, but with ACOG. Over 50 kills. :sly:

I don't like how the recoil works out with ACOG on most of the ARs. A lot more bounce too if you get hit while firing. It isn't bad on the ACR or the M4A1 from what I recall, but it has been ages since I've used the M4.

I do recall liking the Vector with ACOG and Silencer for HC TDM.

The iron sights on the M16A4 are not overly great. The front sight is not too bad with a middle post surrounded by ears, but the rear sight is overly bulky because of the carry handle.

The ACOG is good on both the ACR and M4A1, more so on the ACR. The slightly greater recoil of the M4A1 makes the M4A1 slightly more work to keep on target.

I have never tried the Vector with an ACOG.

Vector. .........I'm gonna try it. j/k

You guys know I LOVE ACR. I have tried ACOG on it recently, and did not feel right to me. For one thing, Holo's are just perfect on it. And with ACOG, maybe this is just me, but I expect the target to drop very quickly. Like one shot, or that 3-round burst-quick. With ACR's longer burst, it just didn't feel right to me.

I tend to agree on the ACR. It just takes too long to drop people with the ACOG on there. Same issue I have with it if I am not using Stopping Power as well, thus why the SCAR is still in use on my Cold Blooded classes.
