Stock setup used there - so no help for the challenge from better setup.

Also I assume he is using the grip reduction "real" in the video. Should show the setup and conditions setting on the video to be a challenge.

My bad, I meant rig setup/equipment. I did it on controller and could only manage 1.46's.

I think it's safe to assume that he's using grip reduction "low":

Which is low grip reduction. 1:37 is a low grip reduction time, world #1 with real grip reduction was 1:43.962.

Normal time trial settings and same car settings.
1:36.912
-RSS tyres
-100 power and 100 weight
-400/800 downforce
- BB-3 (my setting)



Took me 5 laps to get that time. So Ill bet that 1:35.xxx is possible for better drivers..

Tried that run yesterday night and ... yes, we can .
Used DS4 and settings as mentioned above with BB -1 and cracked into the 36s after about ten laps.
Another 40 minutes of practicing got me down to 1:36:112 - my guess is aliens will do this in the 34s.

Don't know how to upload videos but I hope this replay finish shot will do.

It's a good thing having challenges like this in between, however I think there should be no guessing about
car or track settings in any way.

Sidenote :
I've hardly ever used Arcade TT mode and I've wondered whether there are track limit penalties at all
as I didn't get one even when clearly leaving the track.
